too tiny Im tall like not gigantic but im bout 5 6' and im 14 and im not even 100 pounds i dont have an eating disorder i just have always been really skinny cuz i have a good metabolism. How can I gain weight so people will stop making fun of me and i'll feel better about myself?

don't worry about it i have the same problem. DO NOT CONSIDER GAINING WEIGHT. MY DAD IS ONE OF THOSE TYPE OF DOCTORS people are just really jelous of you bc you have a perfect body and they don't. DO NOT GAIN WEIGHT that will be the biggest mistake in your life ]
Exercise lol I know it sounds weird but gaining muscle makes you gain weight, good weight. Try working out with weights. ]

Start eating, you are dnagerously skinny. Emaciated. When someone insults you, look them straight in the eye and say, "Grow up" hten roll your eyes and walk away. Start eating. Pizza and chocolate, the best! lol, you need to talk to your doctor too. ]
You shouldn't want to gain weight. Don't do it to please them. It's not even a what you want to do issue because you have a fast metabolism meaning no matter how much you eat you are going to look the same. I'm just like that. Just stay away from them. This is how you were made, be proud of it! XXX ]
It's perfectly normal for your body to be like that at your age. Once you're done growing (approx. 2 years after starting your period), you'll start fleshing out. For now, you can start lifting weights - even if you don't get any bigger, it'll prevent bone density problems later in life :) Don't do any drastic to gain weight until you're post-puberty, though. ]
if i were you i wouldnt loose weight because u shouldnt care what other people say. acctually today i was talking to mi friend and he eats soooo much but is sooo skinny because of his metabolism and the same thing with mi other friend and some people talk about her too but she doesnt care because her friends dont care what she looks like

This might sound weird, but EXCERCISE. It helps you gain weight it a healthy way. Let me break it down
Excercise = muscle tone up
muscle ways more than fat
If you're thin, and you want to gain, and get a good healthy body, get muscles so you will be closer to a healthy weight. It's a wonderful thing to have a fast metabolism. I have to really work on my weight. I'm 14 in about a week, and I weigh 110. But I'm only like 5 foot or 5'1. ]
Well..if you are confortable with your weight then dont let it bother you so much! Dont let those kids get to you. I used to be really skinny and i got the same rath from my friends. Just try to get over it! ]
Hey don't worry, you're only 14 and you will grow and will even out with everything! To gain more weight, you could go to a vitamin store and get some weight gaining powder and some weight gaining food bars! Hope I helped and good luck :) ]
I am skinny to. If you eat good food you can gain some weight. but i am 14 and only 81 pounds ]
Tons of models were made fun of when they were young for being too skinny. Believe me, the same guys who make fun of you now will change their minds when you get older and more developed. You're still an adolescant, and if you just started getting your period it'll be a little awkward for a while. I know some girls mature faster, like I'm your height and I'm like 130lbs., but I wish I was thinner, everyone's unhappy about their appearance in some way, especially at our age. I wouldn't worry about it hun.

You're only 14 so trust me the weight will eventually come. If you're that desperate you can always go to a health suppliment store (GNC...etc) and get weight gaining powder. Wrestlers and body builders use it...just be cautious...don't overdo it...if you ever saw the movie Mean Girls you know what I mean. :) ]
Weight lifting will help you build bigger muscles, that will make you weight more... Make sure you eat enough proteins... ]
