liddylflirtx3 answered Sunday October 17 2004, 1:20 pm: Try babysitting or tutoring younger kids. That helped me get through my summer last year! Also, even a lemonade stand works!
rohobaby09 answered Friday October 15 2004, 9:52 pm: Well, first of all, can you work for your parents to get money? if not, then you can do babysitting jobs! those are very fun! Good lucK! [ rohobaby09's advice column | Ask rohobaby09 A Question ]
truadvice answered Wednesday October 13 2004, 8:06 pm: you could have a car wash service or baby sitting . if you want to babysit you should take some emergency health classes like if someones chokes or something so you look like you really know what your doing . S_C answered Wednesday October 13 2004, 6:10 pm: well, I see you have enough babysitting answers, so I'll tell you something others have told me. I've HEARD, not for sure, but heard this. If there is a hair place near you, they might pay you to sweep up hair, it's easy, and it probably pays anywhere from 3-7$$ an hour.
neanea282 answered Wednesday October 13 2004, 5:09 pm: you should try baby sitting. go on the computer and make some flyers and put them up around where you live. if u dont have a computert then just draw some. but dont ask for too much money or people wont want you. hope ihelped good luck. orphans answered Wednesday October 13 2004, 4:38 pm: As a thirteen year old, there are not many job opportunities for you. Most places will want sixteen-eighteen year olds. If you know someone from your church or something, you could mow lawns, or baby sit, etc. That's honestly about all that's open to you. [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]

Mercy_x_Me answered Wednesday October 13 2004, 3:29 pm: Babysitting, maybe doing some chores, when it snows in the winter (if it snows where you live) make money off of that, or raking leaves, or mowing lawns. Hope i've helped you a little. I would give you more ideas but at 13 your options are too open unfortunately. gl xoxo [ Mercy_x_Me's advice column | Ask Mercy_x_Me A Question ]
aNgeLxfOrEvEr answered Wednesday October 13 2004, 3:28 pm: You could take a training class for babysitting. I suggest Red Cross Training. That's what I took. Believe me, it really helps. Look around your neighborhood..sometimes they give flyers out in school for those classes. It's kinda fun too! Well after that, you can make flyers and business cards, and just drop em in neighbor's mailboxes, or post flyers in a supermarket or something. Pretty soon you'll get a few calls and people will recommend you if your good! Don't forget to put the name of whatever training you will get..(after you have already gotten certified). Good luck and if you need anything else, just ask mE :D

Juelz2005 answered Wednesday October 13 2004, 12:49 pm: baby sitting, shovel snow this winter, rake leaves this fall...no oen professional (like a company) will prolly hire you since your so young...most places you need to be 16, many 18. but try local odd jobs, maybe even a paper route. good luck!
BeautifulLiarMM answered Wednesday October 13 2004, 11:57 am: Well theres not really too many options of jobs that you have when your 13 but you can do little things like babysitting or even something as stupid as chores for family and neighbors to get some extra $$$
Christine answered Wednesday October 13 2004, 11:44 am: Hun listen.. you seriously aint gonna get a job at your age. God im 15 and i still dont have a job. You have to be 16 to work anywhere. Gott wait 2-3 more years. Sorry..
Heres some ideas... you can do... Sell some of your old things and ask or mom dad or whoever you live with if you can get a job (paying job) cleaning and doing things around the house. that always works.
sparky717 answered Wednesday October 13 2004, 9:35 am: paper round, rich parents, jobs around the house, car washing and like the other person said babysitting and odd jobs...just bang on peoples doors and ask if they want anything doing, i made a lot of cash when i was your age washing cars though so probably a good thing to try [ sparky717's advice column | Ask sparky717 A Question ]
xo__LiSHY answered Wednesday October 13 2004, 9:10 am: Not many people are gonna hire a 13 year old. I'd consider doing odd jobs for people or babysitting! You can make alot of cash babysitting! [ xo__LiSHY's advice column | Ask xo__LiSHY A Question ]
