you can exercise, but if it hurts too much dont do it. try taking a warm bath. or sit down for a little while. also vibrations can help from like a massage chair or whatever. or you can just take some midol or some asprin. hope i helped!

I get really bad cramps and here's what I do:
-Take Midol (it also relieves other pms symtoms)
-Put a hot water bottle/heating pad on your stomach
-Take a hot bath
-Lay down and kind of stretch yourself out
-Go for a walk/run

All of those things help to relax the muscles that cramp up. Heat helps A LOT!

1. take a pain reliever such as tylonal. it helps so much!
2. exercise! you probably think that i will make your cramps worse but after a few minutes it makes you feel so much better!
3. aviod salty foods
4. take a hot bath.
5. if your cramps are really really really bad then you should see your doctor. he might give you something stronger that will help.

I find drugs containing ibouprofen are good for cramps. Exercise, although it's usually the last thing on my mind when I'm feeling gross and have cramps is actually really good too.
