I kinda have it too! Just do situps! They work! Dont eat foods that make you bloated! At least to some situps every other day! I do situps while watching TV!

Situps and crunches will work, but first try running or swimming. Something active to burn that "fat" you have there. Then, try to motivate yourself to do some crunches and situps everynight or every other night. Have fun :]

cailoisa answered Saturday August 14 2004, 7:20 pm:
Believe it or not, that's pretty common. Most women have a little pooch right there; it's the way we're built! If you really don't like it, try some variations on crunches. Exhale, crunch, and stay there for five seconds, then lower very slowly. Check with a good source to make sure your form is correct, or you'll be working the wrong muscles. Also, try joining a gym and telling them your area of concern. They should be able to tell you which machines to work on. (FYI: you won't get all buff unless you take steroids, you'll just get firm with cute little muscles.)

One more thing, sugars from foods cause pooch below the bellybutton. Check the sugar and carb content of the foods that you eat, and cut out some here and there, and you should notice it going away a little.

ok well when you do sit ups (if you do @ all) exhale. it will make your stomach less pudgy and not to mention comes along with a six pack after about a million of them! lol

Crunches help mostly, they're your best bet. Try doing ten before you sleep and when you get up. That should tone up your stomach.

Heyhey Hun,

Sit-Ups MAY help you, but I think your best bet would be walking/jogging/running. You should check out some these sites.

Hope that helps

Sit-ups won't work, you retards, they work the upper abdomen. You need to do leg-raises and similar exercises to work the lower abdomen.
