I had the same probably as you before. The best advice I can give is be friends with him first. Don't try to make him break up with his girlfriend...by the sounds of it, it doesn sound like their going to last to much longer. So hopefully after they break up he may ask you out or you could ask him.

If he's your boyfriend you should be shy around him. Probably the reason your shy around him is because your afraid of whats he's going to think or your scared that your going mess up around him. Try talking to him more and more and gradually you'll gain more confidence around him.

This Subject probably doesn't match but any wayz, I've heard that eating a lot of carrots makes your boobs grow bigger and my friend had like none and then like a few months later like 6 months or something maybe a little less, she has huge! I bet many girls your age have the same problem as you do. I think you should confront your mom about it and ask her about it in a mature way, and if she still says no, don't start yelling or screaming at her about it because she's gonna think your very immature and that maybe if you don't yell and scream she'll see how mature you are and actually give it some consideration.

You need to show them that your responsible. Such as doing extra chores, cleaning up your room without them asking. If none of that works, confront your parents about, you'll actually be suprised how they respon.
