Hey. I was in your situation at one point. I
just kept telling myself " Im his girlfriend, He must love me to be going out with me". Dont worry about being shy , Just spend time with each other and keep remembering that your his girlfriend because he wants to be with you. If you still cannot over come the shyness talk to him about it and if he knows your shy around him maybe he can help you be less shy. Just keep remembering & keep smiling :)

If he's your boyfriend you should be shy around him. Probably the reason your shy around him is because your afraid of whats he's going to think or your scared that your going mess up around him. Try talking to him more and more and gradually you'll gain more confidence around him.

i feel u, i used to be shy to.But then i realize why i was shy.and it was bcuz i really didnt knew my b/f.and i couldnt act like myself.Cuz i barely knew him..but if thats the case.then u should try talkin to him more.Ask Him questions.but U should never be shy around your b/f. just act like yourself..It taught me a lesson! I was always really shy around my first boyfriend, even after we had been together for six months. I thought that it was just me, but after we broke up and I started dating someone else, I found out that maybe it was him. I'm always outgoing and talkative around the guy I'm with now. If you're just starting out, give it some time. If you've been together for a while, take a good look at your relationship and find out if it's him or you.
Other than that, try finding things to talk about. Watch the news to get up on current events, watch movies or TV shows that he likes, or find anything else that you can talk about while you're together. Then take a deep breath and give it a try. Remember, he's your boyfriend, try your best just to relax and have fun!

if you guys just started going out thats whats gunna happen for a while untill you 2 get erally close. a good way not t obe shy around him just think hes no big deal. think of him as a guyfriend that you normally would fool around with. {{just dont say anything that crazy}} have fun with him and enjoy every second.

Don't worry im sure that this is a new relationship... You just have to get to kno him better... The beginng of the relationship is always fun because you get to kno a person that you are attracted to and that u never knew before... I'm sure he probably feels the same way.. Sometimes people are shy around there boyfriends, because of so many thoughts that go through a guy and girls head when you guys are dating.
You can't really stop being shy, because once you have started, it's hard to stop. All I can tell you...is to relax around him. Find out more things about him that you couldn't find out because you were all up tight. I'm sure you are yourself, but in some ways not, because...you're being shy. You just need to loosen up, and have fun. It'll take time, but...it'll work.
