WHY?
Hey Everyone ! Ok ths is a good one, How come when your single you have the hardest time finding anyone to go out with. But as soon as you have a BF and become Attached Everyone in the world wants to date you. How many times has this happen to you guys? LOL its agravating. But I love my man so no huge complaints here. It's because when you're taken your value in the dating market goes up and whoever can steal you away has axomplished a lot.It is like you've done something "special".If more people want you,it makes it better to have you.

Because when your single your not "What everyone can't have" and when your taken your "What everyone can't have" and everyone wants what they can't have. so I hope that helped.

Oh god I know exactly what you mean. It's SO annoying. My guy told me he had a couple of girls hitting on him at one point, and when he told them he had a girlfriend, they tried even harder! Happened to me, too, with guys.
It is annoying. It's that whole "forbidden" thing. It's like telling a kid they can't have cookies. Makes them want the cookies more, whereas if you say "okay, have cookies," they'll be like "...eh, whatever." (not necessarily, but for the purpose of proving my point, I'll say they go "whatever" to cookies if they're allowed.)
If a girl's attached, other guys can't have her. If she's single, they can consider actually having her, then say "whatever" to her.
Annoying as all getout, but true.

HEY Girl...Dang, sooo soo true. You go through that dang depression, then when you find somebody everybody wants ya. Then, us girls are like, dang! :) I'm just kidding. Congrats on the wonderful man, he sounds luckY!

Wow, lol you are SOOOO right! That happened to me EVERYTIME I go out with someone! It's probably cause guys like a challenge, and wher you're single you're not much of a challenge! Hope that answers your question! ADD ME! I just made my column and I haven't gotten any questions yet!

When you are seeing someone, you do not have the air that many people have when they're single - that of being desperate to find somebody. If you are not self confident and always looking for your next boyfriend, you're less likely to attract a quality guy because you are not showing your best sides.
Some people feel free to be completely themselves when they are attached - the don't have to try to impress possible boyfriends.
This is also why that old saying about 'When you stop looking, you find love' is true. People want to be around people who are confident, comfortable being single, and are fun to be around.
This is why I think how you feel right now - happy, not trying to impress people, secure in yourself - is worth trying to cultivate whether you are single or not. People like people who like themselves.

It's called Murphy's Law.. whatever will happen will happen.. especially when you don't need it to happen. Luck of the draw sometimes... but its the "unattainable get" to guys. They know they can't have... so it's just animal instinct. Hope this helped!
