legs How do i lose weight on my legs and not my other body parts? I will rate ya'll!

Leg lifts help lay on the ground and lift your legs up and down for a few minutes each day and that should help! good luck! ]
just work out, get a gym membership and see if you can get a personal trainer and tell them what you want to work on and they can help

well if you want to loose weight , just in your klegs but not in your arms , or stomach , or any other part , well you have too start doing exercise only for that part of you body , like if you go to a gym, you will fin some machines that can help ypu wiht that. ]
This is from a previous entry...but I DID change it around a bit! :)
Try jump rope, pilates, yoga, swimming, hiking, running/jogging, kickboxing, skiing, dancing, cycling, martial arts (also great for a WHOLE body work out) or just do regular exercises that tone and work your legs!
Just a few regular exercises:
Side Kick: Stand with fists near chin, left leg forward, knee slightyly bent, right foot turned out a little. Bring right knee high, then extend it to side, kicking through heel. Then return to start. (They use a lot of different kicks in martial arts.)
Stair Lift: Sit on second step of staircase, right shoulder pointed upstairs (knee bent, foot on first step, elbow on third), left leg straight, foot on floor. Lift leg high as you can. Then lower.
Scissors Beat: Lie on back, legs straight over hips, hands on floor at sides, palms down. Flex feet, turn toes out and open legs to each side as far as you can (don't arch back!). Exhale and squeeze legs together, crossing left leg over right. Repeat, crossing right leg over left.
Lower-leg Rock: Stand with knees slightly bent, feet hip-width apart, holding dumbbell in each hand. Slowly life heels, rolling onto toes (but not tiptoes). Lower. Shift weight onto heels and life toes off floor to complete.
Ball Squat: Stand with feet hip0width apart, holding small ball between thighs. Slowly squat (keep knees over feet!), lifting arms in front to shoulder height and squeezing ball with thighs. Pause, and return to start.
Remember, the trick to good legs is sculpting. :)
If you want streamlined legs of a dancer, but not the bulk of any speed skater-- those exercises'll help ya! I hope I helped you. Please rate me!

Try doing leg lifts. Lay on one side of your body and life one leg up and down for awhile this burns the fat. But remember to switch sides and legs.

run!! you can like jog in the morning and just before it gets dark... ]
Either try running or get like a dvd of pilates, that is targeted toward your legs! Pilates is awsome! id reccomend it to everyone! xoxo good luck sweetie!

Go to a gym and do stuff to work out your legs! Tone them up a bit! good luck

Hey!! You could try:
*Jump roping
*Jogging
*using a trampoline
*lifting weights with your legs...pushing weights
*anything else that has to do with leg exercise

I'm not just answering this because I want to get rated... I just like helping people out lol.
*Try running and walking (Make you sure you bring water) and go swimming and swim laps, sit on a chair or something and put weights on your legs and lift your legs up, go up against the wall and pretend like your sitting and hold it there, try jump roping, and just stuff like that, that would require leg work. I would probably lay on my back with my legs in the air and like put some 5 pound weights on the back on ur legs and juss go up and down ! ]
If you would like to tone up your legs, and not build up muscle in it, go running. Running is great for that sort of weight loss. ]
lunges... they wurk.. and.. if u go to tha gym.. then they jhave eqitmint thrr that are just 4 ur legs.. :) ]
doing exercizes that isolate the leg muscles is always a good bet - but in reality, you have only limited control over where your body decides to lose weight. I've known people who were so obsessed with getting "smaller legs" that they worked out so much, their leg muscles got huge - larger than they were before - but with no excess fat. So, take that as you will - just something to keep in mind. ]

Running is great for that!!!Also a stationary bike is great.Treadmills and stationary bikes are really great for that,but don't let yourself get dehydrated,drink lots and lots of water.Being dehydrated can actually have the opposite affect,by making you really sick!!!! ]
there are equipments at da gym that are only for legs...so use them :)...n u can run...it will keep ur whole body in shape...n it will make ur legs lose wheight n built a lil mucles...;) xoxo effy ]

i can't remeber what these are called... leg lifts or somethings.
Lay on your side, legs on top of each other, and raise the top one up and down (you'll have to do it a lot.... like 65 times or something) but when you bring your leg back down everytime, don't let it touch the other leg.... don't give it any rest.
then switch over to the other side and do that leg. when you can feel the "stinging pain of excersize" start doin it more slowly...
this is meant for excersizing your inner thighs.
