friends or what?
this year, our my grade got a new student. he sat at the table next to mine in lunch. The second i saw him, i felt like i knew him and i felt like i needed to be friends with him. He is on my bus also and i found many times he would turn around and look at me. Then we started talking on AIM and eventually he would turn around in lunch and sit at my lunch table. Recently this summer, he asked me to hang out with him and he even ditched the girl he liked to hang out with me all day and then he told her he had fun with me and my other friend. He talks to me more now and he told me to call him once to make plans to hang out. Why did i feel like i need to be his friend so much since i saw him, and what does this all mean? I dont feel like i like him or any thing but im confused with what direction our friendship is goin in because sometimes we talk alot and then sometimes we dont talk at all. Im confused...

It sounds like you guys have a very fun, tight relationship. It reminds me of one of my best friends (who is a guy) and me. I wouldn't try to make anything of it until you feel like you have to. It's always better to be best friends than to hurry a relationship and mess up the friendship. Have fun- and thanks for being nice to the new kid! I'm sure it meant alot- and maybe that's why he feels so close to you (as it appears he does.)

i think that you do like him but oyu are not sure why so you just think you dont like him. I think he likes you the same way but he doesnt no y so he ignoring liking you that way.Just talk to him and see whats up. Maybe you wanted to be his friend because maybe you thought he maybe a good person to talk to and possibly you thought he was cute. hope my advice helped

Okay, you said when you first saw him that you felt that you should be friends right? Well my personal oppinon is that you two should just be friends and later on in the furure you may be togather. I'm going to say what im thinking and don't freak out, it sounds like Destiny taking it corse and I think your a lil freaked at the thought.
Just stay friends with him life has a way of surprising us when er least excpect it. Stand by him as a friend.

I think the answer is that you enjoy his company, and he enjoys yours. You don't have to "like" each other. Just be friends and hang out. There is nothing better than a great guy you can talk to. Be patient.
