Hand muscle aches

I am a janitor while making my way through college, so I vacuum and mop a lot every day. The movement has seemed to locked up my right hand between my thumb and first two fingers. It does not always hurt, but when it does, I can't use my hand to lift a bag, twist of a pickle jar, or open a bottle. I basically can't use it for anything. Is there anything I can do to prevent this pain, and is there anything I can do to help alleviate it.
Oh, pain relievers don't usually work for me, but if you know of some super good ones I could get then advice would be welcome.

Well there is this guy in my dance class ( I swear he's not gay) and I like him a lot and all my dance friends say he likes me and I like him too, and I've told my best friend about him and she said make a move but i don't know if it's right for a girl to make a move on a guy( I don't really think I'll be good at it), plus i think he has a girlfriend and another girl likes him in class(she's my friend too) what should i do...

im really shy when it comes to people who i dont really know .. and i hate being shy im not shy around my groupe of friends .. but i'm going into highschool + i wanna make new friends but i'm shy to people i dont know .. do u have ne ideas that can help me not be that shy around people i dont know? thanks !

hey my name is sami and im 14. i really like my guy friend. he used to like me too at the begininng of summer but now that school has started i dont know anymore. i try hinting that i like him in my AIM profile and stuff and then he trys to guess who it is. and when he guesses himself i just say no. im too embarassed to say yes cause i dont wanna make our friendship too akward if he doesnt like me too.. ive asked my friends and they dont think i should tell him. i dont know im crazy about him but what should i do? thanks in advance. -sami-

okay, i play the guitar and whenever i go to play a chord like an E chord or an E m chord my wrist clicks especially if i play any notes up that far on the guitar neck it doesn't hurt but it's just weird. and whenever i do that hand motion for 'come here' with one hand where you move it back and forth.. it clicks really loud. is there something wrong with my wrist? or is this normal
