i hate my body .. like.. im 5'0'' nd i wiegh like.. 140.. but im muscular nd all .. but like.. i could lose wieght.. nd i needa find ways to lose weight.. what kinda excersises work.. FAST.. and like.. to top it off i have like the slowest motablisim lol.. so that sucks.. but im in alot of sports.. but it seems like them never lose any thing

grr so i just need a lil help here lol.. thanks!

Do cardio -- running, tae bo, aerobics-ish activities. Don't do things with heavy weights or anything, because then you'll probably gain weight [[ it'd be muscle weight, so that wouldn't necessarily be bad, but yeeeah, since you want to lose weight .. ]]. And cut down on soda + junk food.

you should go on a diet.. and do more cardo work out than muscle.. cut down on meats..
DRINK LOTS OF MILK! like 3 glasses a day.. and if u dont like milk may i suggest replacing a daily meal with a apple,yogurt and a glass of water...
which is like low in carbs and cals.. dont eat so much fast food ( if u do ) breads are good 4 energy but not for a diet plain..

run a mile .. or if u r lazy like me jog it either way u will get done..

Well hun, I can certainly help you with this. I do running sports so naturally I need to stay slim and fit.

ADVICE : DONT DO ANYTING that can harm your body such as becoming belimic or anorexic. But if your that worried I would just eat more healthy instead of just eating Candy and chips and all that junky stuff. What I do is eat salad 2 or 3 times a week for a snack. Then I make sure I eat what I need of each food group everyday. But definetly you should always bring healthy lunch to school, and eat a good breakfast. I always bring A turkey,cheese,lettuce and mustard sandwhich with a juicy juice and a banana and yogurt. That usually lasts me the rest of the day till i get home! In that lunch it incorperates almost all food groups!

EXTRA TIP: Even if you excerise all the time you still need to eat healthy. Cut down on junk food and eat more healthy this can also help!

I hope I helped you! If you need more advice just ask me. P.S. All this really does work, I excersise and eat right and I am in real good shape and it feels good to be healthy. But then again I also love to run so..

well, running is always an excellent exercise. at your weight, you would burn approximately 100 calories per mile. So if you run 5 miles a day, then that adds up to 3500 calories weekly, and thats close to two days extra as far as eating goes. If you have joint problem though, then walking has almost the same benefits and biking is a great exercise because it has relatively no impact. As far as diets, just watch out for things with high saturated fat. Your body needs carbs for any kind of endurance, so I strongly suggest you avoid low carb diets. My mom actually had tremendous success on weight watchers. It takes a while to get used to, but she lost 25 pounds and has kept it off for 3 years now. It costs money, but you can just pay once and get the book, you dont have to go to all the meetings and stuff. Those really do help keep you motivated though.

Okay .. well Try eating more Healthier food like a salad and not 2 much Fast Food like McD* Also if you want your stomach in shape do alot of crunches a day like 80 .. Dats what I sometimes do ! Also you may wanna run/jog/walk more! Alot of excersises work as long as you do them everyday and be sure to drink plenty of water! Hope I helped </3 Colleen*-

omg so what if u weigh 140 from what im hearing it is all muscle! trust me i know!, just to let you know i mean working out will make you slimmer but u will weigh more cause muscle weighs more than fat..but if thats the way you wanna go, then you should run at least a mile a day after school, and start lifting weights, and maybe occasionally go to the gym on saturday or sunday.And food! cant forget that, guess what there is more food than just salad, you can eat chicken without the skin, veggies, nuts, anything meat basicly, and try not to eat as much junk food, try and drink lots of water of diet drinks, believe me it works! BTW u dont have to do this if u dont want to, it was just an idea. Hope that is good enough advice for you

Portioning what you eat helps alot or it helped me alot. Like if u have three big meals a day try and do like four or five small meals a day and even with sports and stuff i try to take like 1-3 mile walks a couple times a week.It seems to really help.hope i helped,and i'm really sorry if i didn't.:/. good luck with losing weight though

well before you do anything you should ask your doctor because some diets can make you get sick you should alo ( if you do ) don't try to eat a lot of junk food because grease isn't very good for you. and try not to snack during the day

Well first of all you could go on a diet.For excercises..bike riding really helps your legs..pushups and lighting weights help your arms..crunches help abs.I do those every single day and they really do me good!Hope this helps!Much <33

b4 you work out , or just any time during the day, try drinking those energy drinks like red bull. that should increase your matabolism. and i always thinking running is the best way to shed pounds, you just gotta stick with it though.
