kissing and... what?!?!

so i have been kissing my boyfriend for months now, and we have been to first base (above waist touching), while we are kissing his hands go up my shirt and do what they do, but i don't have anything to do... i need some ideas on what i can do with my hands that will entice the making out and let him have some pleasure out of the kissing than just me... i have tried running my fingers and just touching his back but what else??
any ideas would help!

I sex supposed to be so painful?

Please help =]! It was my first time the other night, and I knew sex is supposed to hurt first time, at least, or at leat be uncomofortable. However, when it got to the point, it was so painful it became unbearable. Please help, could someone please give me advice on how to prevent it being so painful and help my understand why it was =]?

Long story but trying to put in a short story
I’ve been in love with my friend for nearly 8 years. She is my best friend and I told her how I felt 3 years ago. She didn’t say anything but shock. I ask her "why do you seem ok with my feelings toward you?” she didn’t reply back at the note. Last year it was still bugging me why she seem ok with it. I ask her in a chat room when she was online. She was fine with it but doesn’t feel the same way. She is unsure of her sexuality.

Theres this boy... he lives like 10,000 miles away from me. So i only see him during winter break. Actually, i just met him last year. But im going to see him again this year.
Hes the cutest boy ive ever met! And hes really nice. Im kinda good friends with his sister. We hang out during break and text somtimes but thats pretty much it.
One night during break we spent the whole time cuddling kinda. And ive never done that with any1 before and it was so sweet!
Hes in high school, and i start next year. We would never see eachother exept on break and maybe during the summertime.
Anyway, my question is... is the difference too much to flirt with him again this year? I was in 7th last...

I have issues with trusting when I get in a relationship. Well I met some one I became so in love with. It was hard cause somewhere down the line I end up being skepticle or looking for things to not trust one. I am in a long distance relationship and have been for two years. But he is incarcerated and I send him money. Well, he has an account of his own in the world. But I talked to thier family member today and they told me he had sent a certain amount of money home to be deposited in his account. But he did not tell me about it. I tell him everything when he ask so for him not to have told me this has totally freaked me out and to hear it from them and not him has really scared me. I do not know what to do, I want to run. But I love him ...

ok so there is this guy who is my best friend!! and i am starting to like him a lot!! and my best friend mandy likes him 2 and now they are going out,and she knew i liked him. and now my best friend(who is the guy i like) is being really mean to me and it feels that i lost my best friend who i tell everything to! and to add on more lost the guy i like. i just dont know what to do should i tell the guy should i jsut see how long it last???

Getting him back

I made out with another guy at a party where the guy that I was "talking" to was. We were in a fight, i was drinking and I made a huge mistake. So, I need help on how to get him back? Best from someone who's been cheated on and took the person back. Like, what worked. It happened friday night. He won't take my calls, or texts, or facebook messages, or the voicemails i leave. I want to do something that shows him how much I care (the deal was that night, I didn't know he liked me that much). Do i just need to give him time? HELP! I like him way more then I had originally planned, and I can't imagine the rest of my semester without him. Oh, and i'm a freshman in college if that helps. he lives in his frat house, and I am in a dorm. He is also a freshman.. thank you!

Hard situations.

Okay there's two situations here.
1: What do you do when you find out one friend spread a rumor about two of your other friends (ONE BEING YOUR BOYFRIEND THE OTHER HIS SISTER) that they don't take baths when they do, to the bus driver who's now being all weird and mean to them without proof and the two, TJ and Samantha, well their dad, is sewing or something and the lawyer wnats a statement from me on what's been going on while I was on the bus......lik what should I write? I haven't seen anything, just the bus driver getting on to them about things they haven't done....well that and she moved me from them because of this matter. Which was unfair.
2: TJ and I have been going out for like 2 days and only 3 of my friends know ab...

ok me and my boyfriend have been dating for a year a some months and we really love each other he loves me i love him. but the problem that we've been having for a while is the fact that my dad doesnt like him and hes mean to my boyfriend. my dad jus says its somethin about him he doesnt like but i think my dad is only like that cuz he doesnt like seeing me wit my boyfriend and this causes us to fight and argue all the time. it gets to the point where my B/F doesnt wanna talk to me for about 2-3 days he doesnt want to come around my house. but other then that my boyfriend and i pretty much kno wat we want to happen wen we get over the whole issue we keep having.. hes leaving to the navy next month and after 3 months of boot camp hes gonna b...

Ok, so, I've been with my boyfriend for about 4 months. He moved about 2 months ago. I have major trust issues, and, I'm always worried he's going to cheat on me. I mean, when he was here, he'd always kinda flirt with other girls around me [mostly this really pretty girl] and he's grab her boobs and her ass. I never said anything about it though, because I just can't make myself. Well, now I guess he met this girl down there with the same personality as me.
