Asking a girl out

Kind of a strange situation. I go to the cafeteria at our school every day and there's this girl that I kind of like behind the counter. I always smile and stuff when I order my food, and she smiles back, but I think it's because she's working. I doubt she knows that I have a little crush on her. How do I actually ask her out without sounding stupid or desperate or embarrassing me or her in front of her coworkers? I know she's single. Also, I dont want to say anything corny like when she asks "what can I get for you" I dont want to say "2 pepperoni slices and your phone number" or anything like that. Thanks

There's this guy I've been liking 4 2 years now. he likes me 2 but he also likes another girl. So I was sitting down in the back of the church and he was in front of me and was hugging and kissing a girl
(just like he does me) and he was doing all that and I started crying. When I got home he called me saying that the girl he was hugging and kissing says she loves him but really doesn't and stuff like that. Well I told him that's wat he's doing 2 me. Well he doesn't want 2 belive me he thinks that he's the only 1 with feelings. It hurts I want 2 get over him so bad but I love him 2 much I just want 2 die soooo badly someone please help me before I end up hurting myself

For some reason I always freak out when it comes to the possibilty of a relationship with someone. I've never had a boyfriend.But whenever i like a guy, and if he happens to like me back, suddenly i just freak out. i start to feel nauseated and really, really uncomfortable, especially around the guy. and then i'm so scared that i end up pushing the guy away to avoid him asking me out, even though i still like him. the thought of being in a relationship with a guy always scares me...i'm always scared about how awkward it might be.but i don't know what to do, because i will still like the guy...and i end up scaring him off and then i'm left with nothing. one time i actually said yes when this guy asked me out...but i was SO anxiou...

hey this may be a little weird, but i know this girl and it seems that both of us are kinda shy around each other. but we always talk with each other online. so one day we actually started to talk, like i was walking down the hall, and she comes up to me and we start to chat. i want to socialize more with her but not hook up b/c i just want to be friends, even though i do have a feeling for her. how do i do so without looking like i'm desperate?

Okay.. this may be kinda long. My boyfriend Levi and I have been together for a year and 7 months. My best friend's brother and I hooked up 2 nights ago. We didn't have sex, but we did other stuff. I don't know if he likes me again or not, because originally we were talking all christmas break, but he didn't ask me out because he was still in love with a girl who lives across the country, but we still flirted all the time. So this kid found out that i thought he was hot about a few months back. we never really talked in person but he asked me to hangout, but we never really did and stopped talking within like 2 weeks. (and he had a new girlfriend like the next day). i'm in 10th grade and i still haven't gotten my first kiss. Now i know you guys are going to say, you have to wait or someday it's going to happen, but it seems like it's never going to happen for me. I like this boy and he is so nice to me. He talks to me sometimes and walks away from me. I only have one class with me and he talks to me and asks me questions or ask me for something. My best friend Maria and Juan broke up about a month ago. They went out for about a month, but were very, very close. They had sex, everything.
Maria and I have another friend, Carina.
Well, Juan, Carina, and I are all in this play. Today I find out Juan and Carina like each other. Carina needs my advice because she knows its wrong.
So this is two questions:
1) is it wrong for me not to be telling Maria what is going on?
