im not sure there is anything you can do to make your ass look bigger, but with boobs? you could try stuffing, or buying a push-up bra. victoria's secret has a great selection of bras that make boobs look bigger. called wonder bras. they literally work wonders.

ANYWAYS, and maybe you could try some mascara to make your eyes cuter-looking. some tigher fitting shirts always help, too. black is real slimming.

well idk about flirting, though. maybe you could walk past him and turn back around and smile a little. or wave at him with the very tips of your fingers.
hair? um waves are always a turn-on. not tight curls or majorly STICK STRAIGHT HAIR but most boys i talk to will accept a girl's hair however it is. (but most boys like big loose waves. :))
just try a variety of stuff. play around with it.
