okay so everyday fred always looks at me and when i look at him he quickly looks away. i kind of like him but idk we rarely talk and its just weird. do u think he likes me? no one just naturally turns around (he sits in front of me) and stares

He might ahve a crush on you, so start talking to him. Since you don't know him really well, he may just want to get to know you and who you are, or be curious, yuh know? But there is a good chance that there could be a budding romance between the two of you :]
