Well, in my free time, i like to create routines for songs that I like. Well, I do hip rolls in a song, and my question is, why do my hips get so sore after im done doing them??? Its not the first time i have done them, I used to do them a lot, now all of a sudden they hurt a lot. Has this happened 2 any1 before or do any of you know what it is??? Much help is appreciated!

Ok I have this friend and I am always there for her.. well she is confusing me... Ok last night she didnt wanna come over cuz she was waiting for the guy that BEATS her.. so she can hang out with him. Then today I could of went to see my sister with my mom but I didn't cuz she was coming over and then she said she couldn't... then all of the sudden she could... and then she can't... wel I am talking to her now and I made plans with my other friend because it is my last day fro Christmas Break and it's been totally ruined. And now she says she can come over.... does she think I'm just gonna be around waiting for her to come over whenever she is ready.. I'm am so pissed right now it's not even funny... what should I do????

last nite, the guy i like (lets call him bob) asked me if i liked him... im starting to get over him, but i still like him. bob is a sophmore and im a freshman but we are good friends that get along great. i know bob doesnt like me becuz i asked him who he likes... (its sum girl who alredi has a bf) i kind of want to try to get bob to like me even tho i know he doesnt. last nite wen he asked me if i liked him, i said no... i was wondering if i made the rite decision because, now i know bob wont like me becuz he thinks i dont like him... but i dont rele want to tell him i like him because i dont want things to change between us... WHAT SHOULD I DO??

ok so you met this guy and you like fell in love with him and he liked you for awhile but he lives in a different city and you talk to him all the time and you see him occasionally but then he starts liking this other girl who is a slut and your still like in love w/ him and you cant get over him even though you have tried.and then you thought you were finally over him and then you saw him for a weekend and fell for him again and that is what happens everytime you see him. what do i do?

I've had a hamster before (when I was really young) and since have gotten into reptiles a lot, and have snakes and lizards and all that. So I'm pretty used to handling a lot of animals, (and, well, I wouldn't do something idiotic like holding a rodent before handling my snakes.)
I think rats are one of the most intelligent species of animals, and make great pets. I've always loved them, and I'd like to get a young rat. - I'm not sure how to take care of one, though. Are they OK in a regular cage? In a tank? Is taking care of a rat more complicated, or about the same as a hamster? If I do get one, I want it to have a full life. How long do they usually live?

hows does a person shed some weight quickly?? ive been trying to lose weight for along time now and nothing seems to work. i work out 3 hours a day and that doesnt help much either.. and im not good for holding diets. i do eat healty thou... any advice?

ok lately my boyfriend has been telling me hell call me back in 10 minutes...and he wont for like 3 hours...i know things come up and ive talked to him but he still does it...we were on the phone pretty late last night an d he was like hey can i call u right back?? and i was like ok and we hung up...and he never called back...he still hasnt called...im supposed to call him @ 12:30 and we were goning to make plans..but i dont know if i should just call ..or if i should just do what he does to me and not call him....but the thing is i dont know if his dad said he couldnt call me back last night...because it was pretty late...what do i do??
