sore hips Well, in my free time, i like to create routines for songs that I like. Well, I do hip rolls in a song, and my question is, why do my hips get so sore after im done doing them??? Its not the first time i have done them, I used to do them a lot, now all of a sudden they hurt a lot. Has this happened 2 any1 before or do any of you know what it is??? Much help is appreciated!

I am a dancer, but it's never hurt when I've done hip rolls before, so idk. You could be hitting a nerve or something. Hope I helped! ]
It's probably because you're always doing it. When you move a certain joint around too much, it will probably get sore. So that's probably why. Try taking a break from it and maybe apply something like a heat pack to make it feel better. Good luck!
Hope I helped!

Hey, that's really awesome that you make dances! Neways, you could have pulled muscles along your hip bones or muscles in your upper thighs or sides and the pain might just be in your hips. Make sure you stretch well all over before you dance. If this pain continues I'd go to a doctor! A few years ago I walked for a month with a dislocated hip without going to the doctor bc I thought I had just pulled a muscle in my leg because the pain was always in a different place along my thigh, hip and knee. Hope you feel better soon!

Just sore from always moving them im pretty sure because my friends that are pakatannahs always get that but you could maybe pulled some sort of muscle-trix ]
Hi!
Maybe the reason is your not taking enough breaks while your hip-rolling? My advice is just to take a break for at least a day or so...CHILL OUT! If your hips still hurt once you try "rollin" again, go to a doctor so he can check it out. GOOD LUCK! ]
That has never happened to me. But maybe all of a sudden you are doing them a different way that is putting tension on your hips which is causing them to be sore. sorry i don't have better advice.

i am a dancer and you have to strech everytime you begin doing somthing. even if u arent a perfecional dancer or you are just doing it for fun you still have to strech because your muscels have changed and got tighter!

all it is probably is that you haven't really ever used those muscles- or haven't in a while and when that happens it kinda hurts. but just strech before and it shouldn't keep hurting. if it does- you might wanna talk to someone who knows a little bit more than i do! hope ive helped =) ]
