So im starting a new school in a new town in a few weeks, sophmore year, and im veryy nervous. But i want to try and lose a few pounds before then, any tips,diets? Thanks a bunch!

How to lose some muscle?

I'm definatly not overweight, but my calfes are huge! well they are really muscular from doing ballet for 9 years. Does anyone know a way to lose a little muscle in my calfes and a little in my thighs?? PLEASE don't say, "u should be happy that your muscular" or w.e. I like a little muscles, it just looks like too much. THANKS!!!! <333

im 16 years old,5'8" and i weigh 270 pounds and i want to be skinny again i would like to get down 170 pounds again. i have a lot of eating problems. im diabetic and dont know how to lose weight.what should i do?

Lose Weight

Ok, I'm skinny but I'm trying to tone my body. I really want it to look better because I know it can. What I am trying to do is lose weight around my hips. I can feel my hip bone but there is all this fat in the way and makes it look really bad. I'm 113 and 5'3 and I do sit ups everyday (25-50 depending) I work out for an 1 and 30 min. once a week and try to do other exercises and stretches everyday but i don't know how to get rid of the fat on my hips. Please giive my excersises that work and tips or whatever. And if you have advice for abs besides sit-ups please tell me because i want faster results. Thanks :D

okay.
so ever since 4th of july, i've been binging NON-STOP.
i only gained 5lbs, so i dont' know if thats a good thing or a bad thing.
anyways, i want to loose 10-15lbs. i have no specific weight-loss date. maybe before the year is over.

what should i do to stop myself from bing-eating. its not like its an eating problem. i can go a day without doing it. its just when i'm home alone i start to eat alot.

what kind of foods should i eat?
fruit, veggies, whole grains, dairy, lean meat?

i've been starting to drink 8 glasses of water per day as well.

ok i am 5'5" and weigh 225lbs. all my friends don't believe i weigh that much but i do...i want to lose weight and people told me how to eat healtheir but i can't...i think i'm addicted to food...any advice for me to overcome the addiction...HELP

i shave my armpits but i have a lot of lines.
there not smooth at all!
i shave in the shower just with water.
and i heard soap was bad for it.
any suggestions what i should use, what specific product, or what YOU Do?

Healthy?

I am changing my food habits, because I want to start eating more healthily.
For breakfast I usually have muesli(sp?) with fruit and yogurt.
I usually miss out lunch as I have things going on...and in school I eat a sandwich( usually tuna :) )
For dinner, I have salads, soups, meat, fish, vegetables..etc.

Is this a healthy choice or should I change something?

ok im one of those girls with DDs but the problem is i have no butt whatsoever! i just would like to have as much butt as i do boobs, heck id even take half!! what is the best way to get a big butt,in about a month, without using exercising equipment???

well, i have 3 days left to lose a little bit of weight. or, just my belly flab. i am looking at these girl's pictures, and they are totally flat somached!! they make it seem so easy, and i have been working so hard.
i do crunches/situps every other night, and i run every morning. and it seems not to come off!!! is there any other way to lose it!?

ps. i have been drinking loooottttss of water every day! thanks!!

home routine

i don't have access to the gym and where i live it almost rains all year round so running outside is not exactly an option... is there any thing i could do in the comfort of my room that would act as a good workout? i'm 5,4 150 lbs (i know ... sooo out of shape) the fat is focused on my midriff and butt and upper thighs. basically i'm what you'd call pear-shaped... also i need to change my eating habits. i basically eat anything that's ready in the fridge or chocolate bars on my way to class from a nearby gas station.... no one cooks and i hate the kitchen and cooking and doing dishes....

ok so im 5' 15 1/2 years old & almost 90 lb.s my doctor says im still rly under weight for my age & height but when i gain weight its all going to my stomach. i tried situps everyday but nothings happening. any other way to lose weight in your stomach?? =/

i recently got a pass to my school's (i attend a community college) PE building. i have access to pretty much any kind of gym equipment including a pool, indoor track, etc. i would like to tone my upper arms and thighs (you know, eliminate a little fat and flabby-ness) so i decided to dedicate the two hours or so before my yoga class to working out. so, how would spinning (stationary cycling) or running for 20 minutes and then swimming for an hour and then participating in a 50-minute yoga class work out for me? maybe i could lose a few pounds in the process?

Back HandSpring.

I'm 16/F and a cheerleader.

I took gymnastics when I was much, much younger and was pretty awesome if I do say so myself. But I quit and lost everything I once had.

I would really love to have my back handspring again, and i've been working with my local gymnastics instructor. (She was the one I had a while back too) The one problem i'm having with my backhandspring is going backwards, but i'm slowly but surely getting over it. I can do it with her spotting me easily, and i'm not struggling or anything.

As an estimate, how long would it take to get it again on my own?

its stinks! school starts really soon and i want to lose a few pounds FAST!!!
i run every day.and eat pretty heathy.

Recently I haven't exactly had the best eating habits. Randomly, i'll crave really bad food (like poptars, popcorn, etc.) and there's nothing i can do to stop it. Also, at each meal i eat a whole bunch now, because i'm so hungry. I don't want to starve myself. I'm not sure if this is the cause, but my stomach has gotten really big. Well, not humoungous, but i used to have a flat somach. What are some really good excercises to get rid of tummy fat?

muscle gain=weight gain?

sorry this is so long! but any help is appreciated!

for the past 2 weeks i have had 3 hour soccer practices every day. sometimes we had an extra 2 hours in the evening. the practices go like this:
1 hour conditioning: stairs, sprinting, laps, agility ladders.
the second hour is scrimages and the third is drills that consist of mainly dribbling and running with some sprinting.

OK!! now for my question!

after the first couple of days i had lost about 6 pounds. then i started slowly gaining back but i dont feel like im getting "fatter" if anything i feel more in shape than i've ever been. and my diet isnt anything astounding i get recommended amount of calories, if not more, ...
