ive never exercised a day in my life cauz im naturally skinny but im starting to get a little pudge below the belly button, is ther any way i can get ride of that with out using exercise equipment?

do like 25 regular
then lean your legs to one side and do 25 more
then lean your legs to the other side and do 25
then lay on your back and lift your legs up 25 times slowly.. not really high up though just like halfway up
