Hi! I know how you feel. I'm not overweight (actually pretty skinny) but I want to make my body look GREAT! I have some areas i can't stand aka thighs, hips and belly. I was addicted to chocolate. I usually don't gain weight even when I eat junk food because I have a high matabolism but the addiction was horrible. My mom buys organic and all natural food and stuff which I love but I always wanted chocolate. Sinch she didn't really buy any I would always be buying candy bars and stuff. First of all it drains my mone haha but it sucks when you really want it and can't. Once I realized I was addicted I just said ok, 2 weeks no chocolate except for special occasions. But no buying chocolate and no eating chocolate whatever for desserts, ect. At first it was hard but then i just didnt care. Now i sill eat and lve chocolate but i dont crave it anymore. Try to go 2 weeks without eating junk food except special occasions but not just for snacking or whatever and if you need to extend it another week or whatever. Soon your body will adapt to not eating it and you will feel so much better! If you have further questions about health food and stuff send me a note in my inbox because I know tons about healthy and natural food. Also I do excersises weekly and sit-ups everyday to try and tone my body. :D (And please rate me!)

i had a probalem sort of similar to you. i was a fan of eating. i knew something had to be done because i was eating so much and i didnt wanna be overwight my whole life. so i went to a nutritionist and learned how to eat the right way. its tough but if you really want it you need to learn how to control and change your eating habits. usually they tell you that ts doesnt matter what you eat but the amounts you eat which is true. i sggest you see a nutrionist and see how they can help. its worth it. ive lost about 20 pounds in 5 months....the healthy way. try it out and get back to me. good luck!!!!

Gaby.

Id say you can eat food, just eat healthy food, like fruits and and healthy food. Once you get into the pattern of eating healthy , junk food will make feel like gross and sick. If its hard for you to eat healthier id see a doctor or something. And another way to break an addiction is to eat like half. Like if you smoke 10 cigarettes a day cut it down to 5 for a while. and than slowy you break your addiction. SO if you want a brownie, take it, cut it in half and have it. Thats the best advice i can give you.

Seek some help medically. Because if you cant eat more healthy when your friends tell you too... then you're going to need to find a doctor or a special trainer that can force you too.. there is some serious health issues in your future unless you address this problem. NOW.

one of my friends is in the same situation.
she barely ever eats now.
all you have to do is start by eating healthier :)
then minimize the amount of food you eat.
it'll be hard at first, but once you do you'll barely EVER be hungry.
and alsoooo, join a gym like 24 hour fitness.
they're great. :DD

eat a lot of salad and fruits and vegetables and stuff. try to stay away from chips, too much bread, a lot of cheese, desserts, etc. if you drink soda try to drink less and drink more water. do some type of exercise every day.
