Healthy? I am changing my food habits, because I want to start eating more healthily.
For breakfast I usually have muesli(sp?) with fruit and yogurt.
I usually miss out lunch as I have things going on...and in school I eat a sandwich( usually tuna :) )
For dinner, I have salads, soups, meat, fish, vegetables..etc.
Is this a healthy choice or should I change something?

it sounds pretty healthy.
soups have a lot of sodium though. which holds water. just don't eat it everyday and you should be fine.
don't skip lunch. you should really eat something. if you're in that big of a rush, pack some crackers and peanutt butter or something the night before so you can just brign it with you when you go somewhere.
don't forget to excersise 3x per week as well!
good luck. ]
its very healthy except you should NEVER skip a meal that is VERY unhealthy, so if you don't skip lunch anymore than yes, that is healthy. ]
