alright well,
before you sleep do about 70-150 crunches
start out small the first night and do some more as the days go by

i'd also reccomend joining a gym.
a gym would definetly help you lose a few pounds.

and as for the eating, eat around 1000 calories each day.
each smaller portions and more frequently, therefore you're not hungry all the time.

that should help :]

i wouldnt consider it a diet

first off...start excersizing normally, go for morning joggs with one of your friends, do crunches, and push ups but DONT wear yourself out. before you get healthy you gotta get in shape so set limits for when you run, and only do as much as you can for pull ups and crunches

secondly, dont avoid eating. replace unhealthy snacks with good healthy snacks. not all healthy food is bad. try strawberries with low fat whipped cream, or grapes with low fat caramel. try yogurts too. also, you want to aim for 5 or 6 little meals thru out the day, not 3 big ones.

lastly, don't starve yourself and over do it. being healthy and skinny are two completly different things so treat your body good by going to bed early, showering after you work out no matter how many times, and keeping your hands and face clean. when you feel good you perform better

hope i helped =]
