Blowdrying is about as good as you can do. Take it apart and blowdry the inside too. If you can't get it to work in a few days, do NOT bring it in and tell them that you spilled water on it. I'm not sure how Tmobile works, but I know how Verizon works and they're probably very similar. Verizon makes you get a new phone at full retail price (about $300) or reactivate an old one if your phone stops working from water damage. There's sensors on the phone so if you bring it in they can tell! If you do have an old phone I suggest reactivating that one. If you don't, see if you can get one for cheap on eBay. Make sure Tmoblie will activate it for you before you buy it. All you have to do is call customer service for that. I don't condone this, but you could always tell them that your phone was stolen. They may give you a new phone for the price of the police report, which is about $50. Again though, I'm familiar with Verizon, not Tmobile so it might be different. Do your research before contacting Tmobile. Read their policy. Talk to your friends. The more you know, the better off you'll be. I'm not saying they'll try to scam you, but cell phone service providers are known for getting you to spend money that you don't have to. Good luck.

I would wait a couple of days and see if the water drys out, but if after that time it still doesn't work. You are going to have to purchase a new phone or go without one. There is nothing else you can do seeing as you don't have insurance. Next time, I recommend buying insurance and make sure to buy it for any other electronic device you may have. It's cheaper than paying for a new one if it were to break.

The phone is ruined. Without insurance, you're going to have to purchase another.

Chances are it's ruined. You probably have to get a new phone. You can get cheap unlocked ones on ebay. Sorry :(
