Recently I haven't exactly had the best eating habits. Randomly, i'll crave really bad food (like poptars, popcorn, etc.) and there's nothing i can do to stop it. Also, at each meal i eat a whole bunch now, because i'm so hungry. I don't want to starve myself. I'm not sure if this is the cause, but my stomach has gotten really big. Well, not humoungous, but i used to have a flat somach. What are some really good excercises to get rid of tummy fat?

watch your appetite, i also heard try not to eat after 8 o clock. (but im not sure how much that would help.) i would find a place where you dont have that much furniture and have room, on a mat or carpet.
some exersises i do are.............
1. lift my head up, down, left right
2. spread out my arms and lean on one side, then the other.
3.roll your arms back and forward, combo
4. sit ups/crunches
5. lay on the floor and try to reach your toes.
6. if you have a barre or a steady chair try to face the barre, grab your knee and try to make and arabesque. (only if you could, if it hurts dont do it :])
7. do the butterfly stretch- sit on the floor and put your feet against each other, so your knees are close to the floor, then if you can try to put your head down
8.run daily
these are some of the exercises you could try to do that might help.
hope i helped :] [ memoriesxforeverx's advice column | Ask memoriesxforeverx A Question ]

I used to eat alot at meals to and a relized I was gaining a little so I just took the time every morning and every night I do 20 sit ups. If you have trouble doing them by your self and don't have anyone to sit on your feet put them under the edge of a couch or a bed.
