sorry this is so long! but any help is appreciated!
for the past 2 weeks i have had 3 hour soccer practices every day. sometimes we had an extra 2 hours in the evening. the practices go like this:
1 hour conditioning: stairs, sprinting, laps, agility ladders.
the second hour is scrimages and the third is drills that consist of mainly dribbling and running with some sprinting.
OK!! now for my question!
after the first couple of days i had lost about 6 pounds. then i started slowly gaining back but i dont feel like im getting "fatter" if anything i feel more in shape than i've ever been. and my diet isnt anything astounding i get recommended amount of calories, if not more, mainly from protiens and stuff i dont eat candy or drink soda.

Either way, you're still losing fat. You shouldn't be concerned about what the scale says. Go by how you feel & how you look. Since you are in a sport, it is common to burn fat & gain muscle.
