Did your phone come with a cable to connect to your computer? Have you connected it?
Have you installed the software that came with your phone?
How do you know that it isn't reading it?
Go into settings/configuration, then phone status - it should tell you how much memory is available on your phone and on your memory stick - if you can see that then it's installed properly. [ Master_Betty's advice column | Ask Master_Betty A Question ]
