for around 2 years now i have had this white stuff in my knickers.. what is it and what dus it mean??
My mum started her period when she was sixteen ad im 13 so i neva thought i meant i was gonna started my period soon

ok i listen to like my chemical romance and then sum ska and i hate rap with a passion but like no one knows what ska is!!!!!!!! and that makes me sad :'( well i just wanted to know if yall knew what ska music was and if you know any good bands or if you know how to skank and are proud of it!!!!!! ----like me!!!

sore muscles!

i skipped all of my workout classes for the past month cause i've been sick. yesterday i came back, worked out SO hard, now my muscles are so sore that i could hardly get out of the bed. i want to know what is the best thing to do (esp. for my legs, they hurt so bad)...
a) rest for the next couple days and do nothing until they feel better
b) keep working the muscles, continue running and conditioning today
c) stretch them?... or what, i dunno.

I am a mother of four and none of my children will eat vegetables or fruit. The oldest is 13 and the youngest 7. I fed them vegetables and fruit in baby food as yound children, but they just don't like it now. I was the same as a child and so I didn't push them. However, while they're not unhealthy, I'd like them to start eating at least a bit more healthily, what with all this stuff going around about overweight kids and cholestrol, etc etc etc. So, my question is: does anyone have any recipies or ideas to make fruit and vegetables tasty and fun?
Also, my thirteen-year-old just got braces and can't eat anything hard for a few days, so I was wondering if it would be safe for to eat baby food? I know it has nothing added to it but I w...

Tanning with vegetable oil?

My friend told me that if you rub vegetable oil on your skin and then go outside and lay in the sun you'll get a really nice tan. Is this true? Has anyone ever tried it? Does it work?

I hate myself and want to die. There is no way out. There is no definite answer to anything so how can you ever be right? Why do my friends always want to know what i am thinking when they dont care, they dont listen so why ask. Counsellors get PAID to listen to you. no one will remember me a year from my death. Anti depressants leave you numb and emotionless. Doctors dont issue sleeping pills coz I am a depressant but I cant SLEEP all i do is stare into senseless nothing seeing nothing but black shadows. The only releif is a razor blade and salt. Nothing will ever get better i will have this hopeless feeling of nothingness and desperation for somekind of peace of mind which i wont get. Things will always be the same and then ill die anyway...

Face Makeup

16/f--I don't have BAD acne, but I have little red bumps on my face (I wash my face twice a day, but I just somehow still get little pimples). As I said, its not that bad and its nothing makeup can't fix. I've been using two different kinds of face makeup (liquid stuff and powder stuff), but I just ran out. I don't want to use the same stuff, but I'm not sure what to use. I'm not that experienced with types of makeup and what they do. Whats the difference between concealer, foundation, compact, and any other face makeup, and what exactly do they do?

this is gonna seem like no big deal, but here's the thing: i think i'm ugly. i never really thought of it that much until i got to middle school...i looked at how much weight i need to lose... how ugly my eyebrows are...how my braces make my smile look like crap (actually, they don't let me smile right). the thing is that my friends say "how can you say you're ugly? i think you're pretty! not drop-ead googeous, but sooooooooo NOT ugly!" i know that girls are like that a lot, that we all look in the mirror and don't look at how pretty we are but how we need to fix hte bad stuff, but i need help on that. i don't see myself as the kind of girl a guy would like, or even how my guy friends can stand having a friend like me. i just alwa...

yoga or pilates?

my mom is overweight, and i am not, however i want to tone my muscles an be in all around better physical condition. I wanted us to join a pilates class together, but she is afraid that's too strong of program to begin with, as we currently are not doing any sort of athletic activities. We were going to do yoga instead, and then move to pilates perhaps later...but my boyfriend said that yoga stretches your muscles and elongates them, but doesn't give you much exercise in the way we were hoping. Is this true? What should we do? all suggestions are appreciated! thanks! <3
