All right... first theres nothing to worry about!
The discharge is normal... it just means that you are growing into a woman. From 9-15 is the normal age to start, your mom was a late bloomer but that dosn't mean that you are going to be even though ur mom was. Everyone is different and you will no when the time come that are are starting. Another tip buy this book THE CARE OF KEEPING YOU(The body book for girls)!
I no that it's embarrasing but seriously its helpful. Hope i helped!

As everyone else has said, it's just discharge. because your body has started puberty, you will soon begin to release eggs and your womb will break down every month. your period is the blood that comes out of you. discharge is similar to a period - some people say that it's your bodies way of prepaing you for how your period might be. try www.bbc.co.uk/teens and look on the girls side. look at sex and body and check it out - dont worry! some people say skinny girls dont start as quickly as larger girls, because the wieght sort of tricks your body into thinking you should have started puberty properly. contact me if you need any advice - im all clued up about sex :)

It's normal. If it bothers you, try wearing those extra thin panty liners.

It is just discharge. It is healthy and it is your body's natural way of cleaning itself. Nothing to be worried or ashamed about. It could mean you will start your period, but that is not always the case.

That white stuff is called discharge and you get it because it's just another way for your body to clean itself. It doesn't mean anything but if your discharge starts to become heavier, then your period is on its way. Not all girls start their period at a particular age; some start early and some start late. You'll get your period eventually, don't worry. Just start wearing pantyliners so your discharge won't be a mess.
