Q: I care to much about what people think of me. I know I do this, and it holds me back from alot.

I know I'm a cool person inside, but I'm scared to talk to anyone (besides people I'm already friends with). How can I stop this?

You need to comfort ur friend in all the ways possible.. dont metion anything about families let her do that! Just listen and talk to her when its necessary! Hope i helped!

Q: My sisters friend, I'll call her Kaitlyn, is only 12 years old and might have an eating disorder. She doesn't eat anything at all. Shes naturally skinny, but she won't eat anything. She'll put food in her mouth, then go to the bathroom and spit it out. Does that mean she might be anorexic?
Also she has a strange habit. She won't sleep. She stays up all night and then gets up at 5 in the morning, gets dressed, and then sit at the edge of her bed until 7:45. What is up with her???

You cant go swimming with your period because then your bodily functions will like be in it! So i guess u really cant swim because your not able to wear a tampon! Hope i helped!

Q: My 7th grade class is going on a school trip to Lake Compounce in Conneticut. It is on June 16th and (this may sound weird but...) I want to GO with someone (as in a DATE) I am not sure what to do. Should I drop hints, or ask? Ask one of ym guy friends and tell them I want to go as friends? Or tell them it is a date? Also although we usually have a dress code we can wear w/e we want (I am going to wear a bikini under my clothes) but I am not sure what to wear. I want to dresss attractively, but not sluty.

Like just tell the shrink that you dont want to tlak about anything and like just sit there until your time is up! That way u dont have to do anything. Or tell ur mom that you really dont want to do this and that you'll just talk to her about it! Hope i helped!

I think that you should have a pool/sleepover party.If you dont have a pool then go to a community one and go swimming then play like hide and seek or tag something like that or TWISTER! You need to get her attention some how I'm not sure how though, Umm let me see, tell her that you like her and see how she reacts.
