Well, obviously, you have to start talking to him. lol.
Ask to borrow a pencil, what page the homework was on, if he understood the question.
You know, all that simple "summer school" stuff.
Then when you become decently good friends, like going to eat lunch together or something, get his AIM sn and phonenumber.
So you guys can possible go chill or talk about "homework" online.

welps there are a lot of ways to aproach this if your still in summer school you can ask him for help on a problem, it can be a real help or fake. then after class you can say thanks for the help and start small talk. then you can ask him is hes seein` someone and if he isnt well..its all uo to you ;dd
