The Left Behind Series (adults or teens, depending) by Jerry B. Jenkins and Tim LaHay. I've read both series, they're wonderful! The teen series has forty books, the adult series has ten books. The Giver, Gathering Blue, and The Messenger by Lois Lowry. I haven't finished The Messenger , but the first two were magnificent. I read the first two several times each. The She by Carol Plum-Ucci. I'm reading this book. It does have a few swear words, but it's a book set on the coast - if you're going to be on the beach... this might be a good option. (but it is dramatic at times). You could also try The Notebook or A Walk to Remember by Nicholas Sparks. Happy reading!
