for around 2 years now i have had this white stuff in my knickers.. what is it and what dus it mean??
My mum started her period when she was sixteen ad im 13 so i neva thought i meant i was gonna started my period soon (link)

As everyone else has said, it's just discharge. because your body has started puberty, you will soon begin to release eggs and your womb will break down every month. your period is the blood that comes out of you. discharge is similar to a period - some people say that it's your bodies way of prepaing you for how your period might be. try www.bbc.co.uk/teens and look on the girls side. look at sex and body and check it out - dont worry! some people say skinny girls dont start as quickly as larger girls, because the wieght sort of tricks your body into thinking you should have started puberty properly. contact me if you need any advice - im all clued up about sex :)

Ok I kinda like these to guys who are in the grade below me. I mean when I'm away them.. it's just my flirt meter goes off! And like I'm jelious when other girls are around this one guy. Is it wrong to like a younger guy? Is it stupid to go out with a younger guy? (link)

i think the reason your 'flirt meter' goes off is 'cos you feel you have an advantage over these boys 'cos you're older (subconsciously). what about demi moore and ashton kutcher? age difference: huge. people bothered: hardly any. kids in school might have a few bitchy comments here and there - but then again, they might not. with younger guys you can let yourself go and be immature 'cos they are thinking like 'wow! i cant believe she's goin out with me!!!' they look up to you and respect you - but sometimes they arent exactly tactful. he might rather play on his ps2 with his mate than talk with you. but when your going out with someone your age you are constantly thinking 'do i look okay - i cant believe i just said that!' and tryin to be cool. GO FOR IT GIRL!!!!

Hello everyone, how can you know if it is really love or not. There's this guy who I have a crush on for four years plus already and I still can't forget him. Whenever I see him last time and he goes near me, my mind can't think anything. It's like my mind is saying say something say something but I can't think of anything to say. Now, I'm worried about him and I don't know if this is really love. If it is, could it be possible that love exist at my age? I'm 16. And could it be possible that you love someone you don't know really that much? (link)

My boyfriend and I have been together for nearly a year and we are very much in love. We do not attend the same highschool so not seeing him everyday does make it hard, but other than that, we have a very good relationship. He has a myspace and there is this girl that comments all the time saying how he's "An awesome kid" and she wishes they could hang out more. I checked out her myspace and in a few of her pictures, HIS pictures are in there with her. Not just him by himself, but him with her and another one of their friends. He's been spending wayy too much time with her and I don't know what to think. I've been cheated on by every boyfriend I had and I thought this one would be different. I don't know what to do. Can anyone help me out? (link)

i think they are just friends, and his m8 was being just tactless, like all boys - how old r u? i mean if ur onli like 14 or something i think its a bit OTT saying u r in 'love' plus maybe you're being a bit paranoid. i htink you need to loosen up at little, you know what im saying?

We're doing a lab in school next week which involves the murdering of goldfish so that we can look at its circulatory system. Who cares? It's just a goldfish, right? Wrong. Goldfish are animals too. People, like myself, have had golfish as pets. Mine lived up to be 7 years old, which is a very long time for a goldfish, but it created a bond between us. My teacher even made a joke about it, that her turtle likes this lab the best because he gets to eat all the dead goldfish. Which I guess is good in retrospect because they aren't just throwing them away once they've dug out all of their organs. It's the principle of the thing though, I know the boys in my class with be nothing but immature about this and torture the goldfish before killing them. I can't watch any kind of death, the only time I killed a fly I cried for an hour. And she has them swimming in glass bowls in our room now, so we get to watch them every day, only to murder them later on. When we did frog dissection, an alternate computer program was offered to observe their organ systems, so why are we buying so many fish each year that could have ended up as pets for other people and lived 7 years? If we killed just one fish and made a video on it,though it's still cruel to that one fish, the hundereds of fish we kill each year would be limited to one fish, once. Or even if our teacher was going for a hands-on experience, she could just kill one at the front of the class and have all of the students take a look. It's just wrong to me that we are going to be graded on the procedure of taking a beating heart and making it stop.
So, what can I do to stop this? How do I try and get my teachers and classmates to understand? Or am I overreacting? (link)

okay - well, technically, it's not murdering goldfish. the goldfish is already dead. and even if you threw away the organs and stuff, the decomposition of the fish just adds to the natural cycle of the world. if the fish died, in the wild i mean, it would just rot. gross, but true. so we are doing a good thing - this way,yes the fish will still rot. but we are learning at the same time. it's like somebody leaving their body to medical science. i know cutting things up is disgusting, and if you wanted i'm sure you could make a formal objection to be excused - tell the teacher o a parent or whatever how you feel.
