The right birth control

I'm currently on the birth control show and my gynocologist has just informed me of the dangers of being on it for more than two years. I need to switch my birth control method and I'm trying to decide between taking Seasonale (the birth control pill that gives you 4 periods a year) and the birth control patch. Has anyone tried either or both of these? I'm having trouble deciding which one to do. Any suggestions or advice?

Singing

I've been trying to be a good singer lately. I went for lessons but they did absolutely nothing. I've been singing everyday after school for the past 3-4 years. It's the only time I can because I get embarassed. We had a school musical and when I had to sing to tryout, I choked. But before that, I sang for this girl that wanted to hear me and we both agreed I did good. So bottom line: How can I become a better singer and get over being afraid.

hi, i am a sophomore boy and i have a crush on a freshman girl in my basketball class. i have had a lot of aim convos with her, many in person convos, and ive called her twice. i hear she has a bf and apparently, theyre in love. i dont want to be a third wheel or anything, and im sure shes not slutty or anything. what should i do? ive tried keeping low and playing hard to get, but it doesnt seem to have any positive effect, so im talking to her online and a little bit in person. should i ask her out (not ask her out to be my gf, but ask her to hang out) or what?

Is there any way besides buying the music off ITunes to put on your IPOD (besides off CDs I have?) ? Is there like some kind of card you can buy to use? The thing is, my dad won't let give out his credit card number. Any Suggestions?

ok well i started to like my best friend, and i was talking to him one day, and he asked me who i liked and i couldnt lie so i said it was him. acctaully, i asked him who he thought it was and he said he thought it was him, so i said it was. ever since then we've still talked and stuff, and things only feel a little different. today, i told him i didnt like him anymore. he asked me why and asked if it was because i liked someone else.. while in my head i was thinking aww i imed him back and said no, its because its screwing everything up between us. then i got booted off. but i dont know what to do, i wanna stop liking him but i cant!

ok, i have a friend who has been getting beat by her parents since she could walk maybe even before that but because of it she's been doing drugs, cutting, she doesn't eat, she can't sleep, she drinks and smokes she just does anything to get away from it she's been in and out of hospitals her whole life because she's hurt herself or because her dad has hurt her I think he's even raped her. hey i'm a female and i'm 14 yrs. old and this guy that i've been really good friends with since i was 11 has been flirting with me and we did some stuff the other day. ok, my birthday is in 5 days and my mom usually asks all her kids what they want and where they want to go out to dinner for their birthday. well, she didn't ask me anything yet and she forgot 2 years ago and i think she forgot again =/. i feel like she doesnt even care and i've tried to hint to her that i actually have a birthday unless i'm delirious and its not april 21st today?
