Well, ive taken all the advice, and i havent had soda and I feel great! Ive been doin regular exercises, but my thighs look fatter then ever same with my upper arms ! Whut can i do??
twynelyne answered Thursday April 21 2005, 10:22 pm: hot baths will release alot of waterweight, fruits, veggies, and just all around more exercise. stretching can be very soothing (like yoga) at night and can really activate those specific areas if you do it reguraly. past that, there's nothing you can do. hope i helped and gl to looking great i kno u can do it! BLONDEalErT28 answered Thursday April 21 2005, 7:25 pm: that is really good that you are excercising also while not drinking soda that is good for your body to keep it moving... keep that up so your body wont get worse. Your legs and arms might be getting better becuz you are working out maybe muscle. That is how mine are they use to be so much smaller than they are but since i have been working out they have gotten bigger becuz of the muscle in my leg. All you have to do is work on your legs and arms more to tighten that muscle up and it will look so much better. I promise. If you have any other questions just im me at XxBLOsurferNDExX. Karen answered Thursday April 21 2005, 6:53 pm: To tone your thighs and make them thinner, you can run or jog and you can do leg exercises such as squats, lunges, leg lifts, etc. That will thin out your thighs.
As for your arms, do push ups or lift weights and that will then them out.
