I know how you feel i used to take karate!Try both of these:either put heat on your sore spots or put lots of ice on your sore spots!

Take a nice relaxing hot bath, take some kind of a pain reliever and just rest. ♥ Peachgirly

You could
- Take a hot bubble bath
- Rest
- Take medicines (tylenol, ibuprofen)
- Stretch *not to hard,*
- or use a heating pad!

Hope it works! =]

o0xbrianna answered Thursday April 21 2005, 8:12 pm:
Hey, don't do any strenuous activity until the soreness goes away. If you have a jacuzzi or a whirlpool, go in them. They ease your muscle tension. I don't really know of anything else, just wait it out and be careful! It should go away in about a day or two!

i'd say soak in the bath for a while. It will go away in a few days. Thats how it was to me at first, when i first started taking workout classes, but then after a few weeks my body got used to it and didnt hurt that much.

A few things you can do are:
1) Put ice where it is sore
2) Take a hot bath
3) RELAX! Take a nap or just sit back and watch TV or something

O.K
1.You should take a hot bath or Shower
2.Then you should stretch out your lower calves, thighs, arms, and shoulders.
3.Then put ice on your legs and just sit down and relax.
Repeat thi every day and you will feel way better.
