my dad broke my coller bone da ova day but he says it was an accident which it was. but now when we have an argument he will say he break something else of mine but i dont know if hes joking cause he looks seriouse ive told my mom and she says hes just joking but she ent der when he says it because he dont say it round her. what should i do is he joking or what can any one help. WOW if this is realle happening and you saw h im have a serious face just calm down and ask you r self...
1. how oftent does he say this?
2.when he does say it is his face always serious?
3.Is this all just a joke or should i settle down a little?
O.K.... if you dont feel like doing those things ask you r dad if he was srious.. if you are to nervouse to ask him then go to a school guiedance consuler and tell them, learnn more about chid abuse and find a number abd put it on speed dial... just in case that he does happen to hurt you in any kind of way.

Hey. I'm Taylor and i'm in 9th grade.
Okay, I have 3 best friends, Jenna, Kayla, and Mandy. Kayla's hair was straight but she got a perm and it seems like she thinks shes better then everyone else because she has straight hair and boys like her. She barely talks to me Jenna or Mandy anymore. Shes always hanging out with snobby people. What should I do?

If you really feel so strong about this probleme then try 2 tell her. if you are uncomfortable telling her this then try to stay away from her for a while. if she is you rreal friend she will understand what you feel.

Last night I did this really hard aerobics class at my gym and i am sooo sore that it hurts everywhere everytime i move...is there anything i can do to make the soreness go down?...thanks (link)

1.You should take a hot bath or Shower
2.Then you should stretch out your lower calves, thighs,arms, and shoulders.
3.Then put ice on your legs and just sit down and relax.
Repeat thi every day and you will feel way better.
