Lower abdominal pain and dizziness! Nothing seems to help?

I am a 14 years old. It has been 2-3 month since i had my last period. It has been 3 days now since i have been experiencing lower abdominal pain and very painful yrination. Also, i have been noticing blood and burning when . It hurts alot. I can no longer stand the pain. If i take something like midol, it doesnt seem to help! It makes me feel worse and i feel nausiated, i get dizziness too. What can i do to stop this?

Please help me. I never wanted to have any sex till marriage. I heard of oral so I didnt do that. But I hadnt heard of fingering & the guy I was seeing said it wasnt sex. So I let him do it. He knew I hadnt done anything before & this was only our first date. I said will I still be a virgin if you do that & he said yes. iTunes help!

When I buy a song on iTunes the picture shows up of there cover. But if I buy a cd in a store and then import it to iTunes the album cover doesn't show up when I listen to the songs it's just white with the music sign. How do I get the picture to show up! It annoys me so much. Is there anyway to get the photo and drag it to the song or something?

I know it sounds weird but, my boyfriend is experiencing cramp like feelings for the first time, that resemble my own when i'm on my period and when I just get cramps for no reason. I am currently awaiting my period which is also my natural pregnancy test. every month i go through the same thing, this time my smell senses are stronger, and i sleep a lot and a lot easier and a lot longer. and i snack all day. hey, i am a columnist on here and i love helping people but now i need some help back. I've been involved with this guy over a year now, we happen to love each other. He redefined my perspective on love, on life, on MYSELF. He is... amazing.
But i live in a very strict old fashion christian family and i'm literally the only girl in my generation. My family doesn't even allow me to date and i'm EIGHTEEN!!!! Yeah... it's that bad.

Dreams About My Crush...

He wasn't my crush until this random dream I had of him. I was in front of my school picking bark off a tree stump and he joined me and said, "I can help you, you just have to keep going." That was like the highlight of the dream. Then he asked me out on a date and we went on the best date ever to this really awesome store. After that I started paying more attention to him and realized, I kinda like him! Then a week or so later, another dream of him giving me advice for a game we were playing in pe happened. The next day my friend randomly told this guy I liked him and she had no clue that I actually do. It's like everything in the universe is pushing me to him but I think he is annoyed by my friend right now. What does all of this mean? What should I do? Thanks!

I'm Tired But Can't Fall Asleep?

2 nights ago I couldn't sleep until 3 in the morning and got 4 hours of sleep then last night we had to stay up till one in the morning to pick my brother up from work. But he ended up being late and we left around 2:30 am. I fell asleep at 4 in the morning. Then had to wake up around 8. So another four hours. My mom said my eyes were bloods shot and that I look very tired but I ddin't feel it at all. Now that it is the middle of the night and I want to fall asleep I can't. My body is tired and all but I just can't. I didn't have coffee, didn't exersice, and I have a comfortable, quiet room. How can I fall asleep? I have school tommorrow! Thanks!

Simple painless way to commit suicide?

I'm a 27 yr old attractive female. I'm smart and I have a loving family. I have thought about killing myself since I was 13. I now live in a new city with my fiance, but I know no one here, I'm so lonely and becoming so needy and therefore unhappy. It's not that I was to die so much as I cant go on this way. I don't know if I'm strong enough to pick up the pieces on my own. My fiance says he loves me (he really is the love of my life) but where is he? I don't know, out drunk with his friends somewhere. So, I know it seems ridiculous but remember, I have been thinking this way for 14 yrs, I've thought a lot about it. Any way I can do this somewhat painlessly and not end up in a hospital with brain or organ damage? Please help me
