i've met guys when i'm just hanging out at the beach or mall or whatever before... but it's only because they approach me. the guys that approach me are usually older and way too experienced for me and too pushy and "fast". i'm pretty shy so when i see a guy i like i don't know how to approach him. how do just start conversations with random people. but not just coming up and being like "you're hot... what's your number?" cuz thats kinda stupid. no offense to anyone who does that. thanx.

softball

i've been playing softball since i was about 4 (T-ball then) and now im 13. i recently tried out for a travel team, but didnt make it. i've always been a great athlete and great softball player. im totally upset i didnt make it. what can i do to make me get over the fact that i didnt make it? .. ps - im gonna go to mostly all the games because my twin sister made it. please help. its kinda stupid but ive always been told not to cry about little things like this :-/

learning to play guitar

i want to teach myself to play guitar. i have a guitar and a couple song books. i can play chords and a few simple songs. but when i download tabs from the internet, they're always wrong. whats a sight where i can find accurate tabs?

ocean type bedding for daybeds?

Hi, my mom's moving to this house, and my bedroom is really small, so I have to use a daybed. We're trying to ocean theme the room, so I need ocean bedding for a daybed, and I can't seem to find any. I've tried Google, but all that came up were things describing hotels oceanside with bedrooms. It didn't really get what I meant, I guess. So does anyone know of any websites I can go to or any links to ocean bedding for a daybed? Thanks so much.

ok, well here's the deal. my bofriend and i hav been going out for about...3-4 months. and i love him,but i dont no if its because HE says he loves me every few minutes im with him. ive thought about breaking up with him, but wen i told my best friend she said "he loves you too much. if u broke up with him, it would kill him" and hes tried to make out with me, but i rejected him. wat should i do?

Ok, I just learned that my boyfriend has had sex with ohter girls before we started to date. I dont want to do anything with him, but I just feel so disgusted. Im 14, and He's 15 and I cant believe he would do that. Im afraid of what he might try to do to me. He's hasnt ever tried anything before but I cant help to feel disgusted, my friend thinks I can do better than him and give him up since he lied to me so much, but I stil love him. Should I break up with him?

hii well i dont play ANY sports at all, and i know that i need extracuricular activites for college, though. i want to be in clubs, but my friends are in clubs that are boring, and im really shy around people i dont know. do you have any tips for what to do about clubs, or anything else that could help with extracuricular activites? thankss!

ok so im going to be hosting a pool party..so of course i cant just not swim..! im also expecting my period the day of the party..i never use tampons so i dont think they will work the first time.. i hear they hurt and are tricky to use the first few times. what am i to do? any way to delay my period? im desperate enough to try stressing myself out on purpose because i hear stress delays it..what else can i do? should i try using the tampon? last month my period didnt come until like 10pm...will it come on the same time (10pm) this month?

Hey. Well, I got my permit. yay lol. My friend needs the manual to study for hers so where can I find a printable version of the manual? We live in Georgia.
Also, is it bad if I can't remember things like "what do you do if your breaks fail" or how far you can stop from fire hydrants, railroads, and stuff like that?

my guardian won't let me attend my church cause she doesn't like what they are teaching me, but she has never liked the religion. also she hates my mother and has a grude against me because i look like my mother. should i keep on obeying her or is this really something she needs to work out on her own and not take it out on me?

Ok, so I really like this guy and he said he liked me, but he barely talks to me, wich his friend says is just because he's shy, but still annoys me and makes me think it might be a scam (it's happened to me before). But there's this other guy who I used to like who also said he liked me too, and he asked me out but cancelled to go out with someone else that night, wich really hurt. And he said he really liked me, but cancelled due to insecurity and thinking I'm too cool for him (wich is absolutely ridiculous) and now I don't know what to do... try ro make it work with the 1st guy, try to make it work with the second gut, or give up completely?

ok. i'm going to be a freshmen and my boyfriend is going to be in 8th grade... he doesn't want to break up (i don't either) and we want to see each other. i'm going to see him at our friends bday...on the weekends (like every saturday for a movie or something).. and i'm taking an early schedule so i can go hang out with him after school. please give me suggestions of what ELSE to do.
