Blank desktop computer screen on start-up.

First off, let me just say that I got the actual computer last summer *previous one crashed) and my computer monitor is from about 2008.
For the past month or so, every once in awhile my computer screen would be blank on start-up or would freeze before I could attempt to type my password. Usually I could fi this by restarting once or twice.
Just now, I've been fighting with my desktop for about an hour to start up. I press the power button, it beeps a couple times, and it stays at a black screen. In the bottom right corner is briefly shows the number 98 and then it changes to B4 and the B4 stays there. Nothing else. I've been trying to repeatedly press F8 to start Safe Mode but I'm not having any luck.

Good pictures to try for chalk pastels.

Ok so I recently started using chalk pastels because my friends recommended it to me because Im a "Artist in the making" as they call me. I tried it a couple times for the past week and I have fallen in love with doing it. They different shades are amazing! I personally like using my hands and fingers to shade though. Anyways, I have become extremely good at using them and I was wondering if you could give me websites of already finished chalk pastel drawings and stuff so that I can do some more with the pastels. Oh and how do you sharpen a chalk pastel because mine are in kinda brick form so its harder to get good thin lines. 13/f Thanx :)

I'm a 17 year old senior in high school. I have been with this girl for a year, about 4 months younger than me. First when I met her I wasn't really intersted but after talking to her a little I found out that she was the girl I had always dreamed about. Funny , charming, caring and pretty. So, in a middle of a test. I was very stressed. I cant answer about 8 number. So, I asked him "Can I open the book". At first, he answered it with a joke. But suddenly, he shouted "Be quite!" angrily. I was very afraid. What should I do? Is that my fault? I met him about 3 times a week. Actually, he is a funny and kind teacher. Please help me! I just don't know what to do! My friend has a date for the prom and then he asked her out and she said yes! Me and my friend Madelyn don't have dates for prom or boyfriend.

Sorry for the length in advance. I'm not fat but I really want to go on a diet to lose a bit of weight around my thighs because I never gain weight in my middle section.. the thing is my mum will practically force feed me if she thinks I'm not eating enough. I'm not really skinny, I promise, its just everyday I have the same thing over and over and I will not change my routine. I think I tend to eat less because I'm a busy person, eating feels like a chore so I eat things that are really quick to eat. This is my diet:
Breakfast- 1yogurt + drink
Lunch- 1apple + water
Dinner- homecooked meal with the family
Is this a healthy diet?

So i met this boy and he was really into me and talking to me and everything was good. We lasted like a week texting each other and personally i didn't feel like we really connected he was always the one to text me first but he didn't asked me any questions or anything it was really confusing. But that just let me know that he was into me but shy when we talked i dont knoww. Suddenly he stopped talking to me with no reason. After a week its like he got over it. Well it's the middle of the night and I just back from my moms room because I watch TV with her most nights and when I got to my room and suddenly felt very scared. I know that electrical currents can do this but it's worse than worse than normal and I just keep praying to God to help me feel calm. My light is on and I have music playing so there is nothing scary about my room but my room always gives me this feeling but never this bad. Please tell me something to do to help me feel safer. I didn't watch any scary TV at all so I odn't know why this is happening. Thanks.
