how do i get into acting at a young age if you live in a non-important town in Ny. I know I major in acting at college, but I want to start acting on tv before that.

Ok lately at the same time my period arrives i have been needing the toliet all the time not a wee but poo.All the time and it made me feel really weak yesterday! Is there something wrong with me?

Usually I get my hair dyed and highlighted blonde professionally. But now I want to dye my hair a medium brown and I was wondering if the hair dye boxes at the store did a fairly good job at it? Is it even that possible to screw up on brown? If you have used anything in particular that you've tried and it works, could you please tell me the brand and price, etc? I've use hair dye kits PLENTY of times before, but i always used blonde (which looked horrible) and was just wondering if brown worked. Thanks.

How to bring it up/ask him

Yeah, so my guy and I have been together for almost 20 months, and he proposed awhile back.
The thing is, about a month ago we had a big fight over something INCREDIBLY stupid and almost broke up before realizing that it was completely fixable, and that we'd both be miserable without each other. So really, we never broke up...but I want to know if we're still engaged. It's getting close to a year since he proposed. Should I just randomly do something like "You remember what you asked me a year ago today?"
I mean, he still talks about our relationship as if it'll never end, so I think he still feels the same way. I know he still loves me (if anything, he seems to love me more, and I love him)
So...how do I go about bringing this up?

Gimme a ring...

Please don't judge me on this, I'm not nearly as materialistic as I sound here.
Here's the short version:
Last Valentine's day, my guy gave me this really pretty antique ring. This past August, he basically proposed, but didn't have enough money for a real engagement ring or promise ring, etc. He's been working like crazy in general, earning like seven bucks an hour, so I know he has some amount of money.
Is there a way to hint to him that I want a "real" ring before we go to college? I want to be able to flash it in case any guys get any ideas...
He knows my ring size now, and I know his, so theoretically we could buy each other rings.
But how do I suggest this without seeming...I dunno...lik...

Sorry if this is long!!Ok I am a 13/f, and ok My Friend (well call him X) X and I were best friends then we went out!! then for like 4 months we would flirt and we werent as good as friends well now Me and X are getting were we are really good friends again but see i really do like him and i want to be honest with him on how i feel but see i dont no how to tell him or how to talk to him about it with out getting scared!! See and this isnt some kind off crush X is really nice and he treats me with respect and i dont no he is just like really awesome i feel safe with him and i feel like nothing is going on it just me and him and there is nothing that isnt perfect like all my problems have gone away!! And i no one thing is i dont want to lose...

Impacted oil gland

Hello Advicenators,
I have an impacted/stopped up oil gland on my ear. The impacted/stopped up oil gland is next to where my earring would go in my left ear. It is not ontop of the "hole" for my earing, it is to the side of it. The gland is swollen, reddish/purple, and it hurts really badly. When something touches it (putting on a shirt, brushing my hair, etc., etc.) it feels like someone has stabled a needle in my ear. I know that this is sort of like a pimple on my ear, but is there something I can do to help it go away? Would acne medicine and hot compresses help any? My mom said that if it didn't go away, she'd take me to a dermatologist, but should I try to mess with it or anything?

In the past two years of college I have switched my major twice (from B of Education to B of A History then to B of A Women's Studies). I don't even know why I'm in college! I am in debt with tuition (to the tune of $19000 or so) and I have NO plan. I started college through a local distance-learning program but there's not a lot of guidance involved in that, so I had no idea which courses I was allowed to take were "okay" for transfer to the universities. It turns out that just about none of them are, simply because I don't have a second language. I only learned this when I applied for transfer and was rejected. I have no idea what I'm going to do when September comes because I'm obviously not going to school, but I can't stay at...

Ok, I love my friends very much don't get me wrong. I have so much fun with them. But tonight I just broke down and started crying because I was so pissed and upset. I feel like I'm always the one being laughed at. We all make fun of eachother, and we laugh together, but I feel like I'm hardly ever taken seriously. One of my friends kept saying stuff, saying I live in the ghetto when I don't. And he knows it, he just wants something to laugh at. I didn't care, and it was funny, but it kept building up. Does this happen with anyone else? What do you do? I'd really like to talk to anyone in the same situation. Thank you so much.

please can someone explain to me exactly the steps to a kiss. please dont just say like "go for it", cause im feeling kinda lost and i dont want to make a fool of myself! do you just like lean in slowly, open your mouth, and close, and open and close? and what does it mean like "wrestle with your tounges"? please i need some serious advice!

How do you start a conversation with a boy? Say if you were at a Arby's and it was just you and this boy you liked, how would you start a good conversation with him. i want to become a doctor that delivers babies when im older but at age 16 i need a starting out job to make money. i want to work at jambe juice or cold stone or someting to earn a little cash. but i dont think those are the bestjobs for me if i want to be that kind of doctor. what should my starting out job be? i rate really high

my mom is gay and now im startign to tell my friends and they like me for who i am not what my mom is or isnt but now there is a nasty girl across the street and i guess she saw my mom and her girlfriend kissing and now shes telling everyone and its not sucha great way to start off my summer.should i really care what other people are going to say do you think its gonna ruin my years coming in school if i admit to everyoner that my mother is a lesbian?

i didnt know what catagorei to put this under but i think it goes here. anyway im a female. ok my problem is that i like to mess with my vagina for some reason and i get a clear discharge but i dont know what its from and why its happening. i seem to get cuts down there and dont know why. my thing( i dont know what to call it but its not the vagina) gets chapped alot. i dont think its an std because ive never had any sex before. what do you think is wrong with me?
