im about 132 lbs. 13 yrs old and around 5'1". when i wake up every morning i look really thin and good. like in a healthy way. but by the end of the day i look really fat. this happens every single day. i wake up looking good and then i go to bed looking like i gained 10 lbs. i feel like if i try to starve myself ill either stay thin or lose a lot of weight but when ever i try to i just eat like a pig no matter how much i remind myself of the things people have said to me about my being fat. help please. im desperate. thanks

so i have a friend lets call her J. she used to be my best friend but now we r growing apart. she dose swimming and i was being a good friend and going to her swim meets. and the last swim meet that i went to she thought that my friend,V, was mad at her. so i asked V if she was and she wasnt so V went and told J that she wasnt mad at her. but J just kept on talking to her other friend and ignoring V when j kept on saying how much V was ignoring her and wen V left she was like oh my gosh did you see how much she ignored me just then??. and she alway shows off and cusses and makes fun of people, only around boys just to be like them. since she was being mean, i decided to hang around some other friends, like A. one day wen A is not there J co...

Ok this will be sorta long but I rate high. There is this guy that I have always liked, at certain points in the year I would like him a lot and others it would be like good friends. But now I'm really starting to like him a lot, but its summer now. I will see him next year at school though. How do I get his attention and maybe get him to ask me out. ( He liked me a little during the year but not enough to go out)

My bestt friend in the whole world..talks about other girls a lot(he's a guy). And I keep telling myself and everyone else that all we are is friends because i know thats all we ever will be. but why do i get so annoyed/jealous when he talks about other girls?! i dont want to like him like that..because i know my heart will get broken. ive told him i dont like it when he talks about other girls, but he still does? how in the world can i get over him or tell him..well i don't know what i should do about it! pleaseee help!!

Ok, so I've liked this guy and I've liked him for at least 4 or 5 months. We are pretty good friends, like we hang at parties (if he doesn't have a gf at the time) and we talk to each other online ALOT. Well, he doesn't know cuz he's had on and off relationships and I'm scared if I tell him it will ruin our friendship. But that's not what I'm asking advice on. Well, I told a best friend of mine that I liked him a loong time ago, like when I started liking him. And I still like him to this day and this friend told me she has started liking him too. And she tries to brag to me about funny conversations they've had and I feel like she's taking what I have of him. and i just don't know what to do....:(...I'll take any advice you have...please...

Well i do not know why but my mom says i need more protein in my system.
could people tell me food that is very high in protein for breakfast,lunch,and dinner?
Also,is it true that the more protein you have the more you nails and hair grows?Or is this not true?

Does anybody know any good programs that would help me make icons? I already have Gif Builder, but it messes up my icons and makes them black and white when they are supposed to be colored. I have a MAC OS X so any programs that are compatable with macs would be helpful.

Okay well i want a horse really bad my whole family has horses except me!! my sister has 2 and shes 3 years younger den me! i really sorry i know this sounds ver selfish...but i just really want a horse and i ve been riding my whole life so i think its time. im almost 14.my families not rich or any thing but were not poor either...can any one recomened a website where i could look at reasonable price middle age horses. alright..well i like this kid jimmy <-- hottest kid in the whole wide world!! yeah dont mind me about that part and we broke up like .. in april but i still like him and i dont know how to get him back because last time we hung out it seemed like he liked me but who knows but he hung out with this fat ugly chick and they flirted i guess but i doubt he likes her because he doesnt like people like her and i dont know i think he is awesome and i like him so much and i dont know how to get him back so.. how do i get him back?

ok im sorry this is long: my dad makes fun of EVERYONE!!!!! my friends, my teachers. ok, so if i come to him for help, with like friendship and say some negative stuff about people for example: "dad, _______ has been doing some rude things lately blah blah blah" and then hes like "oh is _______ the one with the monkey face/really fat/rat hair" and he can go on forever!!!!!! even when im not asking for help!!! like sometime he says stuff like "oh do u know that girl teresa in your class? she has the most annoying voice" I BEG HIM TO STOP THISS BUT WHEN I DO HE JUST DOES IT MORE!!!!! I'm 15/f and I've had a boyfriend for about a week who has been my best friend for a while. My problem is that he's been trying too hard to become close with my friends. I know that sounds stupid, but I just don't want his relationship with them to be as close as his relationship with me. I like that he's a separate part of my life than my friends are and I really just want it to stay that way. I'm just used to my friends stealing my close friendships away and I don't want that to happen with him. Am I being too paranoid? How exactly do I tell him how I feel?

my parents are being so annoying

my parents keep asking me why im so sad. the funny thing is im as happy as i normally am i just feel kinda sick, and when i tell them that they think im trying to get out of going places with them. it is so stupid. they keep asking me if i was in a break up or if i got in a fight with my friends and it is so stupid. can someone please tell me how to convince them im not depressed? i rate thanx
