Protein[[sorry spelling..]] Well i do not know why but my mom says i need more protein in my system.
could people tell me food that is very high in protein for breakfast,lunch,and dinner?
Also,is it true that the more protein you have the more you nails and hair grows?Or is this not true?

any kind of meat and dairy like chicken or beef stuff like that and dairyn wise milk chesse yogurt and stuff like that.

For the second question, sometimes.
As to what you can eat. Eggs, meat, PEANUT BUTTER, fish, and nuts.
So I guess for breakfast you can have eggs, for lunch you can have peanut butter sandwich, or PB&J, or something of the such, for dinner you can have fish, burgers, steak, ribs(yummy), meat lovers pizza!!, and ummm thats really all I can think of off the top of my head. ]
chili, beef jerkey, raw food (if its safe to eat raw) foods with soy, eggs, MEATS!!! thats all i can come up with off the top of my head .. hope i helped and please rate if you would like ]
Eggs, meat, fish (or any sea food for that matter). And calcium makes your hair and nails grow. I think protien makes your hair shinier. Breakfast- Eggs. Lunch- Peanut butter. Dinner- Meat/seafood. Whichever works for you. Good luck! ]
