I just want to help people out with their questiong because i'm told i'm very good at helping people out.

it is 2 my understanding that if a police is speeding in traffic they have to have their lights on.. where i live many police officers speed almost 25-30 miles over the speed limit without any lights or sirens yet they will write tickets to people who are speeding 6 or 7 miles over the limit (my mom got one for speed 6 miles over the limit and they wouldnt show her the radar when she asked!!) i personally dont have a liking for these (or any officers) and i am tryin 2 see if there is any way i can file a complaint... my question is when a police officer is speeding this fast thru traffic passing everyone up do they have to have their lights on and/or sirens...? i think i am correct but im not sure.. please help~

You are correct they must have their siren on whenever speeding.. but they dont because cops think that they are high and mighty when really they were the nerds in school but anyways if you want to file a complaint its hard but it is possible if you are wanting it bad enough. You need to make an appointment with your towns d.a. like in pa the d.a. GOODLUCK WITH THAT

Well i do not know why but my mom says i need more protein in my system.

This might be a stupid question but here it goes...

I got a little sore/cut thing in my mouth a couple of days ago (I'm pretty sure it's from eating chips, because a little while after I ate them I felt the cut). It's healing pretty well, and it's almost gone. My boyfriend and I started to become sexual, and we have done everything short of actualy having sexual intercourse. We are both virgins. I wouldnt mind if we had sex, and when I attempted to approach the subject, I found out that he wants to wait until marriage. I didnt think much of it at the time, except that it was a bit odd. Now, though, my mind has run away with itself, and I'm thinking things like: Obviously sex is very meaningful to him, but everything else is not? I am the first girl he has done absolutly anything with, and we did stuff after about a month. If he is waiting for sex until marriage, but has no problem doing everything else, does everything else (hands, oral) have absolutly no meaning to him? Which is just completly different than how I am on oral, because for me, atleast,oral takes alot of trust, on my part. I'm not quite sure what to think on this one. Any advice would be appreciated.

Sex is a very meaningful thing. and waiting for marriage isnt a bad thing nd no its not the wrong thing or the right thing .. but it obviously means a lot. sex is a very big step in a relationship. its a very emotional and attaching thing .. and everything you else probably does mean a lot to him nd all of that was a pretty big thing to him but sex is even bigger. you shouldnt pressure him into anything.

Reloaction is a really hard thing to deal with. Its not easy for anybody. You can always visit if you save money. plane tickets arent that exspensive. plus you can always keep in touch on the internet and get phone cards and call each other. there is no reason why you cant remain friends because of them relocating. plus they can save money and come back to the states. if they have family in the u.s. they will probably come down and visit them and you can always set up a time to meet with them while they are in the u.s

I would never suggest for you to break up with somebody that youve been with for 2 years. I think that maybe you should tell him that it hurts your feelings when he blows you off to hang out with his friends. Tell him that you would also like to get to know his friends and maybe sometimes but not all the time go with him to hang out with his friends. tell him its not because you dont trust him its just you dont want to not spend time with him all the time and that it wouldnt bug you to hang out with him and his friends. If it bugs you that hes doing drugs when hes up there tell him. Tell him you dont want him to become this big druggie person. Speaking your mind is ALWAYS the best thing to do.

I was three days late for my period so I took two home pregnacy test and they both came up with a very faint positve. I then got my period like an hour after I took the second one. Is it possible that the test were wrong or can you be pregnate and still get your period?

The tests could be wrong but believe it or not you can be pregnant and still get your period. I know of many people that got their period throughout their whole pregnancy.

Wow this sounds like a situation I was in 2.5 years ago. But with me i went behind my bestfriends back told her boyfriend he broke up with my bestfriend and him and i started dating and she was mad at me. then him and I broke up after 9 days of dating but got back together a few times and this time we've been together for almost 6 months! I don't advise you do what I did. Tell your bestfriend that after getting to know him you kind of have feelings for her boyfriend to and you wanted to let her know instead of keeping things from her because bestfriends shouldn't do that. If she over reacts then theres nothing you can do but tell her that your not going to split the two up but you do think he deserves to know also. You just want to get everything out in the open. Thats how I would handle it now. And I hope i helped.
