hi im 13 and i really like this guy;ive know him for a very long time because our mums were friends when they were in high school...he lives in france so i dont get to see him much even if he comes to see us(in england) at least twice a year.
i really like him and i want to ask him out but i dont know if he has already got a girlfriend...we've lots in common and i think he really likes me but i dont know if he like,likes me or if he just likes me as a friend.
he once invited me to the cinema and we went but would that like a date?we've never kissed or anything though...
should i ask him out?if so how?does he love me?how can i be sure?!

soon is a very hard choice in my life, i'm unsure whether to go to college next year, as i'm almost 17 as i stayed in sixth form for a year
im unsure whether i should go to college (unsure what to do) for 2 years or get a job for a year and then do an apprenticeship in something once i have a better idea. the only thing is, where will i find a job? there is hardly any here and my parents do not listen to me and just get angry at me because i'm not doing well at sixth form therefore im going to have to leave
i am feeling very stressed out and bored in my life at the moment with my gf dumping me almost 3 months ago now all these hard choices and pressure with driving and deciding what to do.

I recently startd chatin with s guy and finally I met him on a blind apparentli we ended up at his house.. Then he started kissing me out of my own will and however we made out,I felt bad after it bcos I hardly kno him and we just saw eachother for the first time.. So he asked me out after I told him how I felt and I said yes.. Why do most black celebrities wear weaves?

I know other celebrities of other ethnicities do it too, but black celebrities do it the most. It's so rare that when Viola Davis wore her natural hair to the Oscars, it was greeted with much surprise. Isn't that ridiculous? I'm black myself, with 4c hair, and am starting to leave it in it's natural state, after wearing braids with extensions my whole life, because I've just realized how stupid it is to hide my real hair under this plastic; pretending my hair is something it isn't.
I mean. celebrities can afford the best hairstylists to always have interesting hairstyles with their natural hair. It's just sad that natural hair is often seen as a "trend" or w/e, or just representing the Civil Rights Era, when it's n...

So recently, there's this really cute guy (14) that I've been interested in. His names Sam and he seems cool and all his friends keeps on saying that he likes me.
But then there's this other guy (15) that I've been friends with for longer and known him longer than Sam.
It's kinda starting to sound like the Hunger Games...
I don't know who to choose. This second guy, Will and I have shared our feelings for each other, and he doesn't mind waiting, but if he knows that I have feelings for Sam, he'll freak out and wouldn't want to be my friend anymore. Should I risk a friendship or just stay single for now?

My cat is so jumpy!

Hi there.
I'm hoping someone has some ideas. My kitty is four years old, female, and spayed. She and I live alone, and if there's any kind of a sudden noise, or anything that might sound remotely like hissing, especially from outside, she's a big ball of poof.
These noises can be anything from the sound of rain to a car driving past our apartment. She's actually afraid of outside. I've never worried about her or put a collar on her because if you open a door that leads out of the apartment, she'll run the other direction.
If she was a human, I'd call it generalized anxiety disorder with agoraphobia. She's been like this since I adopted her as an 11-week old kitten. She's never been abused, or anything...

I'm 16f and the guy I like is 14m freshman I'm a sophomore. I think he is so adorable! I met him last year at my variety softball game he thought I was "hot" he texted a girl on my team saying that! Which gave me confidence and I got over this one kid because of him. Now that he's in my school I can't get my mind off of him I visit his 2nd period sometimes and he says hi but I get to choked up to carry on the convo further! The problem is that I'm shy and his sister who's a junior is on my softball team and we are cool it's like alove hate relationship which is all messing around. hi last year i tried to use a tampon. i got it in but then i couldnt get it out. i spent all night tryingto get it out. eventually at 5 in the morning i was half asleep (this may sound gross) and my mom pulled it out. it was the worst night of my life. this year i tried it again and it went in easier. its still not coming out. i tried everything. What should i do? is this normal? will i ever be able to use tampons?

I used to date a guy I was so much in love with,I would do anithing to make our relationship work.. I also had a very close friend but after a while we fought and things were no longer the same.. After a couple of months my boyfriend broke up with me I felt soo hurt I lost weight... A week after our break up he started dating my friend I was soo shocked because she knew about us and she still did that to me even though our friendship wasn't that strong... Face lotion for dry skin.

I have really dry skin on my face. It's most noticeable on my nose. It's constantly flaking and it's really gross.
Usually I just use this blackhead face wash (I also have really black blackheads on my nose), rinse, then wash my face again with moisturizing face wash. It helps a little but my face is still dry and my nose still a bit flaky.
So can anybody suggest to me some good face LOTIONS that they know work? Nothing extremely expensive since I'm 17 and don't have the money to keep re-buying things that cost 30+ dollars.
Also can anybody suggest some good dandruff shampoos? I have really fine, thinish, pin straight hair if that matters at all.

i am filling out papers for my new job and there is one place where it asks if I want to opt in to the ERP or not? What is an "employee retirement plan" exactly? Does it cost me something?
