Hi! Can you help me? What is the difference between a psychologist and a psychiatrist? I tried reading it but I need it in non-medical terminology to figure out which one I need to go to for counseling.

Short Sale Lease Option

I was looking at a place today and the realtor showing the place mentions something about a term I never heard before. I just smiled and nodded because I didn't want to look stupid, but now I come to you and ask: Can anyone tell me what is a short sale lease option? I know what the words mean on their own, but even when I look it up I don't understand what the real estate sites are talking about!

13/f So last year my waist was 28 inches and I had an hourglass figure but this year I'm 29 inches and I no longer look like I have one. What can I do to get my hourglass figure back and trim back down to 28 inches or less?

So im in a huge dilemma.
i am graduating grade 12 this year!
I do not want to walk across the stage. I'm nervous I'll get laughed at or someone will yell something rude out. I just don't like to be in huge crowds and I'm afraid that I'll ge nervous and embarrass myself. I do not want to walk across the stage in front of all those people. I didn't pay for my cap & gown cause I didnt want to go to graduation, but someone payed it for me so now I have to go. I'm afraid I'll get nervous & embarrass myself.. And how I could have done things better, so I wouldn't be this stressed out and unhappy. I basically have ruined my life. I feel like my life only progressively gets worse, because I allow it. I was happiest in early childhood, things started progressively getting worse after elementary school, all because I allowed it. I allowed myself to procrastinate and not participate in enough school events and have enough hobbies and that's been my downfall. I'm 18 now and i'm just so mad and I have dreams but how can I just forget the past?? but I want to but it's just so painful looking back, because as a kid I thought I'd have the typical teen experience with friends and everything and yet I didn't do that. I know some things are out of my control...

Lately I feel like my friend just complains to me about everything. She has it really bad, to me at least. She's anorexic, and is in a "relationship" with a guy across the country. She sexted him and her mom found out and it's not so good. She's been going to thereapy btw.
Well I cut myself, because of alot of things. I hate my stepmom, myself, I'm worried about my friend. My mom knows I used to cut, but doesnt do anything about it. But I have no one to talk to because they all seem to have it worse than me and I feel selfish talking about myself. So instead I cut and hide my scars. It's really hard to explain. I have feelings for my coworker. We are naturally close and bonded at work because we are the two superiors for our shift. We structure a lot together and compliment one another with how we think and manage things. The big boss tried to hook us up once when we first met saying we were perfect for each other but I never said a word and neither did he. Over time our compatibility has become obvious. Sims 3/Computer issues.

Warning: This will be lengthy and filled with detail that might not matter. I'm just trying to give as much detail as possible that could help somebody help me with the issue.
I've have the Sims 3 every since it first came out. I didn't have any problems with it until a few months ago. I have multiple expansion/stuff packs (Which I won't uninstall) and CC (Custom Content) that I've downloaded (Which I also won't uninstall)
I also have deleted every piece of CC that was buggy.

So I'm 15 years old and my chest is incredibly flat . -.- All of my cousins (even younger ones) have breast size in 38 B and up. What Does Cached Mean?

Can anyone tell me what this means exactly? I was looking for something in particular and the Google search pulled it up by the person's user name that I had entered. It showed it had been "cached". Does that mean the page that was brought up under the name I put in was accessed by that person on the date "cached" or is this just a random date that Google scans and puts in as the date "cached"? Just curious.
