Sweet sixteen decorations

For my sweet sixteen im throwing a party and the theme is Willy Wonka/Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, I was wondering if anyone had some ideas for decorations thanks.....by the way its @ a hall so its kind of in a big place, and I dont want the stuff to big too expensive cuz im paying for the decorations myself....thanks again

Okay my best friend is really annoying me lately. She doesnt tell me anything! She likes some one and told everyone but me and im one of her best friends! ok so im going to meet my boy friend of about two months at my friends house tomorrow...its kind of a long distance relationship and im kind of nervous about wut i should do...shoud i make the first move or wait on him? last time he didnt do anything so im kinda worried it will happen again...and by anything i mean kissing so dont worry im not sexually active...so should i make the frist move or wait and if i should what should i do to make the first move?

Omg help me someone please.. i am in 8th grade and there are these 2 girls in 9th grade that hate me.. they hate me because last year i put prep by one of their picture in the year book.. but i put kewl by her picture also.. i didnt mean "prep" in a bad way at all.. i mean even i a prep.. this girls friend i was never really close wit but now she hates me cuz i did that to her friend.. the girl who i called "prep" was my friend before.. not really good friend but friend.. i have tryed sayin sorry and tellin them i didnt mean it in a bad way but they still hate me.. what should i do!?!?

Ok, here's my question. I REALLY like this guy that I met in math class last year. He wrote in my yearbook last year "can't wait to see you next year!!!" Do you think he likes me?? I don't see him this year so I can't do anything. I asked a couple of friends to say hi to him because they have classes with him. I've never ever felt like this about anyone before. I really miss him. I think about him constantly day in and day out. I WILL rate high for any good answers!! thx

13F (4'10 and 85lbs) I really really want to get my belly button peirced, the thing is my mom said no I think I'm old enough but she doesn't. I'm getting to the freaking point where I'm going to peirce it myself because my mom is such a bi0tch about it. Is it safe to peirce it myself? How can I convice my stupid mom to let me get it peirced? How much does it hurt to get it peirced. And where can I get a belly button ring?

So theres this guy ... i know what your thinking .. But hes really really cool. IM a freshamn and hes a sophmore and he doesnt have many friends becasue hes new this year. Ive talked to him a couple times.. but nothing like.. really talking. And he also rides my bus. Today I rode the bus home just to see him becasue i usually walk home.
