I know it has to do with conception trouble but what is the definition of impotence really? Does it mean you can NEVER have babies or you are just having trouble for a while?

Hi! I am starting a small business and my credit isn't good enough to get a loan at a bank. Are there any reputable lenders I might be able to work with besides my bank? I was dating this one boy. He told me he is in love with his. He said he likes me and loves her. This was a week ago he told me. I didn't talk to him for one week to give him a bit of time. I talked to him today and said he knows nothing about what he is going to do. I get he is confused and needs a bit of time to sort things out but I can't wait for him forever. I really want to be with him but I know if he is saying this I shouldnt be with him. I don't know what I should do. I care for him so much but sometimes I think I shouldn't. I just want him to be happy but he isn't sure who he would be happy with. Advice? I really miss him and care so much for him that I am thinking what I want over what I deserve but I don't seem to care what I desevre I just want him. Help!?

I can't say the country but let's say I am from country (A) but I grow up in country (B)... I had a lot of dreams and I worked hard so hard studied up all night to go to the best universty... But the country(a) and (b) got in a war so country (b) took my father and we don't know where they put him and my mom left me my bro and my sis to go out and try to help... but she did not for 4 years but after 4 years we meet my mom onther country that is (c) we stayed there for 1 year and then came to other country that is Sweden and we asked for help here but they said no you can't stay here go back to coun...

Hiring Techniques

Hello everyone,
I have just been put in a position where I am going to be responsible for part of the hiring of new employees and I am terrified! You would think I would be excited about the promotion, and I guess I am, but what if I hire someone who steals, or is just not a good employee? OK enough of my fears and on to my question:
What are the best hiring techniques you know of? Are there any good books or training courses you can recommend to me? Just kind of a beginner's guide to best hiring practices would be good to start.

So I have an advertisement on the newspaper and of course my phone number appears on it as I teach English,well a few days ago this strange guy started to call me pretending to need Eng lessons,but then he kept texting me saying horrible things related to sex,like a blowjob and even bareback!!I don't know how to get rid of him,I have a boyfriend and I'm really ashamed,I don't dare to tell him anything,cuz he'd go mad,I need help,thanks!

PrePaid Burial Arrangements

I hate to bring you all down but I need help figuring out what to do. I don't have a long time to live and nobody in my family knows yet. I want to make all the arrangements before telling anyone so that the burden will be less after the shock hits them. I am at a complete loss to figure out what I should do or who I contact to make arrangements for this and pre-pay everything.
Can you just tell me who I call? Will my insurance cover this? Do I call them first and see?

hi
i am female and currently in community college. it will be my second year this fall however, i am really excited to transfer out into a good school. i truly feel that i will excel in the entertainment industry and in the modeling industry. not as an entertainer or a model or an actress but in the actual business. more behind the scene type of thing. like a model scout, or working for a TV company etc.
i am not a ame hungry person- i am extremely knowledgeable in both areas and would love for someone to direct me to colleges and universities that offer something like this,

Speedometer Kit

The speedometer went out in my car, and a friend of mine told me that I could order a "speedometer kit" on-line and that if I buy one it will have everything I need to fix my problem. Two questions:
Will the kit have everything I need included?
Can you suggest the best place to buy one because I looked a little and everyone seems to sell different ones!

So I've been meaning to ask this girl out for like months, but due to my lack of confidence I never managed to work up the nerve to do it. I finally did it a couple of days ago and she agreed to go out - but here is the thing: she only lives in my town for faculty, and as we're going to graduate soon, she's going to move back home within a week - just a couple of days after our upcoming "date". And she lives like 6 hours of ride away! This WON'T be the last time I see her, but I won't get to see her much afterwords as she'll be going back and forth just for the exams. And it might be a whole month until the next time she comes.

Dress Dilema

My close friend is getting married. I'm one of the bridesmaids. And she got all the bridesmaids the same dress without us even going with her to try it on. Granted, I WILL wear whatever she buys me, only there's one problem:
It's REALLY sexy and over the top. I guess I have to deal with that. BUT the store didn't have a size small, also known as a size 2. They only had size 6 of the dresses and up. So she got 5 of size 6 dresses for all of us and apparently they fit all the other bridesmaids well but me.
The dress is almost completely backless and you can almost see my butt. Given that I am a size 2 and the dress is a size 6, it hangs down my back and body not very nicely. It's about $200 I beleive. And she bo...

Why do a lot of black people think its derogatory to say their hair's nappy

I don't understand. I'm a black girl myself, and 'nappy' just means "(of a black person's hair) Frizzy". What is so negative about saying that it's frizzy? I do have frizzy hair. It's not relaxed with dangerous chemicals or anything. Other adjectives to describe my hair are 'kinky' and 'coily'. Are the people who see these terms as negative just ashamed of their natural hair? To me, a term like 'nappy' is just as negative as saying hair is curly, straight, or wavy.
It doesn't matter if the person who refers to my hair as nappy isn't black. Why would I get offended, when it's not a bad term? And if someone tried to use the term negatively, I would just laugh, because there's nothing negative about it. An actual negat...

My boyfriend and I have been together for almost two years. He changed so much. He doesn't text me in the morning to say "good morning". Or at night if we are having a short conversation on text he just disappears without saying goodnight. I don't even get an explanation the next morning. When I do the same thing he gets mad. Not talking to my mom

its all started out of my mom saying that I'm not a perfect daughter to her, and i told her so many times that i cant be a perfect daughter to her.
she got mad at me and after a couple of days i apologize to her, then went to green bay with my boyfriend.
I'm guessing she got mad at me, she was thinking that i only apologize to her so i can go with my boyfriend, but its not true.
she is trying to break my relationship with my boyfriend and I'm not liking that.
i know my mom is worried about my past because i was married once, but i mean if she except every guy that i date is going to failed me, then why am i even with a guy.
that's what makes me so mad at her is because she doesn't understand me at all.
