hey i can cheer really good and i already made my schools cheerleading team but im really bad at my jumps ALL OF THEM can you please give me some things that will help me with all the jumps but mostly the toe touch and ways to help me get a kartwheel please help fast

I have thought alot about suicide. Wrote suicide letters, read them over and over. Some days I want to kill myself, others I don't. I was just wondering for someone who is catholic and christian why do these thoughts occur. I believe in God so much and go to church all the time, but yet I have these evil thoughts, what would happen if I were to kill myself, would I go to hell?

Computer Not Coming On

I have two computers (obviously) and one does not turn on anymore. It is plugged in and everything, but it just doesnt turn on. I can press the on button on the hard-drive repeatedly and even hold it and nothing happens. The thing is, I have some files on that computer that are VERY important to me. I want them very bad. How can I get to them? Or is it impossible. I'm willing to do anything. Btw, it has been this way for awhile (6-7 months) but I never needed the files until now. PLEASE HELP!! This is urgent and I'm desperate!!

I plan on becoming sexually active soon. I am currently on birth control and we plan to use that AND a condom as protection. I was wondering if anyone knew the percentage of the effectiveness if both protection methods are used together? I know the chance of getting pregnant is really slim, but if anyone knows the actual percentages for the typical use of them (not totally perfect use), then I'd appreciate it. Thanks a bunch.

There's this girl that i've liked for a long time, but ive never talked to her - whenever I see her (once a week) she's with her friend. I really want to talk to her but there's never a time when she's alone. I need to know if I should to talk to her when her friend is around or if I should keep waiting for when she's alone and I want to know what I should say to her. We're 13 by the way.

I've liked this one guy since I was in 5th grade (i'm in 8th now) and when I first saw him I liked him immediately, kind of like love at first sight. Anyway, I let him know I liked him at the end of 6th grade and he seemed a little creeped out about it, so we never talked about it again and we were still friends. Lately I've just been feeling down. Im 17/f. The more and more I'm around people I realize how idiotic and useless they are. I realize more and more how insensitive and selfish and full of hate they are. And things piss me off really bad. Sometimes even just a small noise will send me raging and I just get bitchy and in a bad mood. All I have to do in the mornings to get bitchy is simply talk to my dad. I feel bad about it, but I'm just so tired of him, everything he does is annoying(I live with only him). I'm just tired of everything. I don't know what to do.
