yes. the toetouch is the hardest to get! and if you hear your coaches, or anyone telling you to roll your hips, when u do your toetouch, don't get confused on how to do it. it's VERY simple.
when u jump into your toetouch, SIT into it..like sitting in a chair. just drop your but down, and your hips will roll automatically.
and remember to point your toes!!!
and other jumps..like herkes, and pikes..and front hurdlers..just requires! lots of stretching!!! then they will get higher in no time!!
i'm a cheerleader. i hope this adviced helped!!
:]
anymore questions, just contact me. i'm sure to help :]

Then drop one leg down by your head. Eventually, all your splits and tumbling should get better. For more tips, IM me at xemmmmmy.
