I've heard this word used many times before when questions come up about fingering. So, what exactly is a woman's cilt?

Clit=Clitoris. It's an organ located inside the vagina which is used for pleasure, and only pleasure. There is no other function. Since it's located close to the surface, it can be reached and used.

A "clit" is short for the word clitoris: a female sexual organ stimulated by a penis, or anything used while masturbating.
